Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4361 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4361 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is an ingredients level, you have to collect 16 ingredients to complete the level.
To get the ingredients to drop out you need to clear the candy curls that are blocking the bottom of the candy cane sections. Once the candy curls are cleared all but one of the ingredients will drop out as soon as there is space for them.
To get the final ingredient to drop you need at least one candy inside the candy cane fence or a waffle. Once there is a candy or a waffle on the conveyor you can make a move under this section and the ingredient will slip out diagonally.
If you are unable to get a waffle to drop onto the conveyor you can get candies dropping by clearing the candy curl from the top of the section.
This is quite a tricky level and you need to plan your moves carefully and keep your eye on the ingredients.

No matter what I do I cannot get the last fruit to drop. Posting for luck again. Wasted too much time here
The key here is to clear the candy curl at the very top of each side (second in from left and right). Took a while to spot that this allows the required candy/waffles to drop and the allow the last fruits to release... good luck
Took me couple of tries but finally done started with 2cb together & also added the coconut wheel used wrap/stripe to get last 2 ingredients

Have tried this virtually all day, with and without boosters. I just cannot get the last ingredient to drop onto the board!

Everyone read Simon's comment. It wirjed perfectly. Clear the top curl things and it allows the candy to fill at the top.

How do you clear the top curls? I have tried multiple ways with no success.
U need to work on clearing the candy curls on the top corners which most people miss out on... Dt shud make the dropping of the ingredients easier... Jus try dt...
Try using vertical stripes dts de best way to clear them...
Another, HORRIBLE, boring level....nothing fun about this game anymore.

If you use a coconutwheel with luck one will appear inside the box and help the last fruit out. Or wait for a waffle to fall. This has been made easier since it first came out on windows 10. Not as many layers on the waffels now and it looks like there are only two curls on top now instead of three.
This must be the crapiest level ever made! The developer who made it should be shamed himself!

So far several times last candy will just stick one spot past drop area. Even with lots of moves and curly broken on top.
If you think this is bad then just wait until you get to 4433....
Well, after some tries, finally passed. Didn't notice there was something to broke on the upperside through can drop Candies.

Tried and tried but there is always one ingredient that gets stuck even when the top curl has been broken
Had the same problem, last fruit would just drop 1 spot but not out, as in Cookies video, that top section eventually filled back up with candies, got lucky with 15 extra moves from "video", made a wrap/wrap combo under that section and "bam" last fruit dropped out! I too no longer have "bot" features etc....but here we are, it can be done w/o the extra help we previously had!

No matter what I do I can't win. Boosters, no boosters, broken curls, double cbs, stripes, coconut wheel, all for naught. This just might be my Waterloo.
On my phone and ipad this is showing as the last level. How are you so far ahead?

Done in two tries, actually could do in one go if would have noticed one thing. If you struggle to get the last ingredient down do not do anything below that part of the board and wait until the conveyor gets enough candies and then SWITCH (use hand booster)
I'm playing on computer on the windows 10 app, which is ahead of phones.

Posting for luck worked for me, that and a color bomb. It just landed in the right place I had been on this level almost two days but after watching the video it helped because I thought the fruits had to go all away around, duh!

This level is impossible...I have continuously dropped all the fruit, except ONE, which gets stuck in one of the squares....I follow the rules and get a waffle or another candy to join it in the square, however, the waffle or candy drops out, but not the fruit...if I can't get the other fruit out, what's the sense in playing this level???...
I'm going to vent my frustrations once more....I have enjoyed (for the most part), 4360 levels of playing Crush, however, when you get the levels where you play over and over again, and get nowhere, it tests your psyche...Again, I follow the rules and get a waffle or two or a candy or two in the square, but one of the fruits refuses to exit the square....Yes, I make a move under the fruit in question, but it just stays there...I am getting the feeling that this level just doesn't want me to continue the game or it just wants me to give up and go back to having a life....what's your suggestion?

Ok resisted complaining about this level but after several days of getting no where close I think its time to pack it in. Gets to be a bore when it's repeat repeat repeat with no progress. All while you slip down islands because you can't collect what you need. Bye CC

Candy Crush is being absolutely absurd. By stopping the last acorn from descending, they have made this game ridiculous. I can see no sense in playing anymore because they throw in these impossible games which require no skill. It is time to give up on Candy Crush. They have ruined a good pastime
Wow, I've seen horrible levels before, but this one is really the worst one yet. I agree that it could be the end for me this time. I know I've said this often before, but this time, I can't see how to solve this level. Not only the last ingredient doesn't fall easily but when it finally does, there's soooo many waffles around blocking the exits, and I just can't figure out how to hit them all.

Twice I had all ingredients but the last one, and I can't see how to get it down :(:(:(
FINALLY!!! Got it, but I have to say I still have no idea how that last ingredient got out of it's cage. I did get all the top and bottom curls early in the game, but that last ingredient still wouldn't go down.
But, lucky me, it did indeed come down when I had two moves left, so I just hammered it four times and that's the end of it.
King really has to fix this level, it was by far the most difficult ever.

Thank you Ed Zamoe for the tip to fill the top boxes until you can Switch the Ingredient over the exit.
This one used a lot of Boosters (switches for the ingredients, Hammers to get the last of the waffles out of the way so the ingredients could exit).
Oh, almost forgot. On my last attempt I was able to make a vertical stripe on each side so I took out both candy curls in one move.

WTF this is not marked a hard level but they’ve rigged it so it takes forever to get the last cherry out of the upper corners then they stop giving combos to clear the waffles at bottom can’t tell u how many times I’ve at one waffle leave to clear and they give u no combos up till then the combos were all over SOO OBVIOUSLY RIGFED AND REMAINS SOOO DISHONEST if I wasn’t hanging In There to warn players not to download this frustrating non entertaining app I would have quit a long time ago

As soon as I have one cherry left on the conveyor belt the waffle machine stops working, so the cherry can't go around again to drop out. Is this a glitch?

As commented by Cookie, and early on in these comments, clear the ribbons in columns 2 and 8 early, those release the ingredients and stubborn waffles. You need lots of powerful combinations to whittle down the waffles, they are very thick and really restrict the ingredient paths. You occasionally get an ingredient to slide outside the waffles toward the center and those are easier to clear. Took me two attempts with a half full bot, adding boosters might be helpful, especially if you can make powerful combinations beneath those ribbons with them. I tried with my free one hour booster and a wheel..but did not come in and read the tips...thank you..I just could not figure how to get those last ingredients out...got one but did not see how it happened...well back at it tomorrow...posting for luck
All the above tips are correct. This is what is missing. It worked twice in a row for me but the blockers got me the first time.
Try to blast the curls out one side at a time. If you can do a combo you leave lots of room and the ingredients come out before waffles.
As for the last ingredient - do not make moves under the 2 side columns and the area below will fill up. Then make a small move IN THE THIRD COLUMN. That is when the diagonal fall happens.
Good luck getting the waffles after that.

I have no problem getting the curl broke and get can all ingredients no problem.... My problems are the damn waffles they keep filling in the bottom corners and I can't make switches to get the damn things out the way... If only I had a 100 hand switches!!!! Impossible

Why all of a sudden did King take away the ability to reset the board !! This level is hard enough and then you do something so nasty like that! It will be impossible to get to chocolate sprinkles together without the ability to reset. You go all way back to build up your bot to get extras and then lose them when you can’t reset without losing them. What the heck are you thinking!! I don’t understand. Do you want us to quit? Please be a little bit nicer!

Even with the boosters and double colorbombs i didnt make it and spent the gold to extra moves, it seems i hv to wait untill king gave me the lucky board. so now.... Im done with this game, i agree with other players, non sense with this no more fun, except we hv to wait

Hardly anybody ever posts twice. That's because after you post here you win it in the next few tries. That's happened to me 50 times.
But before I read the comments I wasted a couple of UFOs and some hammers, not realizing that there was just no way to get that last ingredient out of the cage. Super frustrating level.
And now that I posted here, I will probably win it sometime this afternoon!
