Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5005 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5005 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level and all the jelly is under the cakes and blockers, so everything has to be cleared to complete the level.
First you can only make moves in the left side of the board and stripes and wraps are not going to do the job. You need colourbombs switched together to clear the most sections of the cakes. You will be able to clear the lower cake fairly easily using stripes and wraps, but the top one is not possible without colourbomb combos. The blockers beside the top cake are two layers, so if you clear the top layer with a double colourbomb combo the second layer will be cleared when you destroy the first of the cakes. This will open up the top right section of the board and allow candies, including colourbombs, to drop so that you will be able to clear the second cake.
You need to switch colourbombs with any other special candy for the best clearance of the jelly, but things will get a lot easier once you have cleared the blockers in the top right section of the board beside the cake.

I found this level interesting and very challenging. It took me three attempts to pass without viewing the blog. I struggled to get the caked eliminated quickly and make nearly as many double color bomb combinations as were made in the video. The tips and video are fine, and might have helped me a little. This level would be very difficult with no boosters, as you need a good start if you are going to finish this, with all the blockers/obstacles and the shape of the board. Once the cakes and most of the blockers are out of the way, cascades do a LOT of damage to the remaining blockers and jellies. Good luck everyone, thank you for the tips, and happy crushing!
2 colour bombs, side by side, helped an awful lot! Another colour bomb next to a wrap also did a lot of damage. Achieved on first attempt with 21 moves to spare.
Struggling to get the top cake. Not getting enough colorbombs to switch them, and they get blown up by cascades before I can do anything.
Managed to pass 5003 and 5004 without any boosters on my Win 10 laptop

We are not playing the same board as in the video. I have less moves and more jellies to clear and I have yet to get a double colour bomb, and side by side. Forget get it. Very difficult level.
Complete waste of time. Even if you clear the bottom cake early on you can never clear the top one as any combos you make just explode on their own before you can use them.
It's a fun level - to some degree - getting lots of special candies, but the couple of times I've had two color bombs, they are getting blown up before I can use them. Help!
Seriously! This level is just damn impossible as everything blows up all the time. Just going through lives pointlessly… BORING BORING BORING 😴 sort it out King 🤬
This world is impossible. You can't get the top row of the first cake. So over this game. It's not fun when every world is impossibility hard.
