Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5049 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 5049 Candy Crush Saga is an ingredients level, you have to collect 8 ingredients to complete the level. 6 of the ingredients are on the main part of the board and need dropping down to the exits at the bottom. The final 2 ingredients are in the far left column and in order to collect these 2 you need to detonate the wraps and they will clear the candy curls which are holding them back.
First clear some of the licorice and waffles on the right to open up the board, then start to look for colourbombs which you can use to detonate the wraps on the left. Avoid switching a colourbomb with a stripe as it could turn one or more of the wraps into stripes and these will not clear the candy curls, this will make it much harder to clear the candy curls.
Stripes and stripe/wrap combos can be helpful, but they need to clear the licorice out of the way before they will detonate the wraps.

This is so impossible! Coconut wheel did not help me at all. Guess I just haven’t played it long enough I always seem to have to play it 100 times before you get any kind of luck. It’s just so annoying when all this game is all about luck 🙏🤦♀️🤗

Tou52 player is right it will not clear the curls, have been playing for a few days and can't clear them. Impossible to move on!!
My wraps didn't clear all the curls either.
I was able to combine a CB with a stripe. There was a candy of that color in the left column so the stripe (fortunately it was a vertical) hit the 2 bottom curls and the ingredients fell out.
Finished the game with a couple of moves left.
Thought I had lost it when the wraps didn't clear the curls.

Two wraps together on the far left of the main board will reach the candy curls. Rarely happens though.

Once you clear the wraps from the left hand column switch a stripe with a colour bomb to break the last fence

Oops! 1st move, mixed stripe & CB. kept working like crazy. Got all ingredients down except 2 in column. Nothing I’m the way and 15 moves to go... EXCEPT I didn’t read this first so had STUPID CANDY CURLS THAT DIDNT GO AWAY! Grrrr!
Made it 2nd try. Just don’t mix CB & stripe until ALL wraps have cleared candy curls. If your wraps didn’t clear your curls it’s because they turned into stripes...
My wraps aren't clearing the bottom curls either and they weren't turned into stripes!! Sick of waiting for lucky board...seems like every level after 5000 is like this and getting very tedious

Definitely need some posting luck on this one! I have detonated the wraps multiple times and they will NOT break the stupid curls...beyond frustrated with this level.

Another horrible level...another horrible episode. If i am lucky i will get to level 6000 in a couple of years. If i am still playing cc. Because this is very discouraging again. Ok as usual in these higher levels I am getting nowhere as I have no boosters so need a lucky board or more boosters. Please quit making these higher levels so impossible that they cannot be mastered without spending money.

There is no way to get the bottom 2 curls. They won't break. I've tried many times. No way to pass this. Help.
I had 2 hits left to get the curls. Tried a UFO thinking it would replace the frosting with wraps right next to them. Nope...it didn't. Don't try this move. It is a waste.It just chose random candies on the board. Ugh!

Tell all! If you see the comments, two years, 1 1/2 year ago you know where you stand in this game. Exactly, nowhere! This game of CC is really on his end. Players? Can’t find them. Update from cc or kingsize, ten years ago? Became a bullshitt game and levels.

Better to ignore this level/game. No fun and more a confusion game. I play better games than the bullshitt games of cc and kingsize. Time to delete this game like so many players already did.
Its just waisting your time to play this level. Not only this level/ game but the whole kingsize games. Glad I deleted them all. Not interesting in fucking bullshitt games. Like all players I agree that playing this game is just waisting your time. Can’t find players who still play or like this game. After my investigation on players I came to the conclusion that 92 procent of players delete this game. For me it’s clear. Waisting time!

As everybody else on this page as said impossible to get the last two curlies, I've tried everything had 1-hour of colour bomb and stripes and got nowhere near I think the only way to win this game is with a lucky board sorry a lucky lucky board.

I did use boosters, the coconut wheel to help open up the board and I always focused on the left hand side - using sprinkled candies to open up and detonate the wrapped candies. Also used a hand switch to move 2 sprinkles together and that got rid of the extra candy curls! Even concentrating on the left side, that clears most of right hand side. Still had to use extra 5 moves on end to finish.if you can open the board up a bit, it’s fairly easy to make sprinkled candies, and getting 2 together is the key to passing! Good luck everyone - don’t give up!
