Hints and tips showing how to pass level 5404 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Since the developers are releasing 45 or more levels each week I will not be able to write tips for every level. By now you should be expert at most challenges. I will post videos and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tip: The fish are the secret to completing level 5404. The more fish you can produce from the floats the better chance you have of completing the level.

This is a terrible level. There are not nearly enough moves. Every attempt to set up a combo fails when they blow up before doing any damage. I've played this one dozens and dozens of time and I've never even gotten close.

The video gives 32 moves. I get 17. The last level the video gets 29. I get 8. This is just a ploy to get people to buy. Candy crush should be ashamed of themselves. I believe that as soon as you buy 1 time they make everything harder so you buy again. I’m simply going to take the app off now. Disgusting candy crush!
My board is different. I don't have a float on the top. All three are on the bottom board

Cookie, you are not giving tips anymore because this is a con game. All videos have 25;-32 moves and the actual level has 17. Like you, I am giving up on this game. It’s frustrating and unfair. Goodbye King. I only wish that all players will drop this game also. King should hang his head in shame.
I did this after looking on here. I managed to get two wrapped candies at the bottom near the fish spawners and they spewed out loads of fish to complete the level. Stuck on next level now!!!

Like others, I only get 17 moves and middle float is in the bottom section, please change level back to more moves, this is very unrealistic, there’s no point to these”help” videos anymore

DAMN it KING enough changing the game---32 moves down to 17 & No top float to hit. You are cheating all the players because we didn't start 20 years ago------Dumb me paid $9.99 to play today & struggling every level.

In the tips it says use the fishing floats, I haven't got any fishing floats why have i a different game & only 19 moves, this game is rubbish please give me more moves or I'm finishing this game
