Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6230 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: This is an orders level, you have to grow the two popcorns and collect licorice to complete the level.
To begin with there is very little choice of moves so you will have to try to open up the board as best you can with the moves available. Once the blockers begin to be cleared and the board is a bit more open you can begin to look for chances to make special candies and combos to hit the popcorns and collect the licorice.
Remember that the licorice will only drop if you don't clear any with your move and the best way to get lots to drop is to use some kind of combo as long as it doesn't touch any licorice when you switch it. You will get a lot of cascades which can make the game quite long.

When we don't want licorice we get tons. Now I want and they dribble down. Posting for luck.
I found the licorice very stingy for this level. I would go more than 4 turns with cascades even, and no licorice dropping. Good thing I used a check mark. Even so I still didn’t get enough licorice in time and had to spin the wheel for extra moves.
Follow the tip and do not clear any licorice with your move. Doing that it is not that difficult. Good luck everyone 🍀

They are thinking that the player is stupid, level programmed to work as they want, the movements end and no licorice appears on the board.
Irritated by this game, not enough licorice falls to eliminate, it is buggy :(

Don't use boosters as Turkeylady said, and stick to make g switches under the licorice dispenser like Kaz said. I still needed luck but passed without boosters.

This level is sooo rigged!! I got down to one move and 3 licorice left so I wasted 3 hand switches in spots that should have dropped more licorice. .nothing. so I decided to try a spaceship..nothing. .RIGGED!!

Candy crush’s money motive exposed with this level. You will never get enough licorice without paying for extra moves or boosters.
My tip.....stop wasting your time unless you want to pay to pass. Even then it is iffy. You will never get the licorice to drop. Bye bye 👋

This is the longest I've ever been stuck on a level, almost 3 days now. I've come to within 1-3 licorice in order to complete it, and even twice I got an extra 15 moves and still couldn't make enough licorice fall. I think the only way to pass this is to use a check mark booster, but I have none. I'm not opposed to paying someone for work product, but I don't want to buy my way out of a level and I've never paid and don't want to start now. I usually earn them with sugar drops, but those have disappeared this week, perhaps because they are giving us unlimited lives. Anyone who has made it this far in the game knows how to make the moves; I just don't seem able to make it in this level. Plus, it can be agonizingly slow!

Still stuck on level 6230 for a whole 3 weeks now but it's quite annoying when you don't have enough licorice to drop ,I have gone down to just one n nope no luck..but have been playing since candy crush started..please do something about this.

All ways of passing is stopped. It seems there is no more lucky board now as well.
This is the end. Boosters have become useless. Fish are just attacking other fish.
You make a move to create a combo and they don’t fall next to each other like they should or suddenly you get cascades which makes your move undone.
Cc can’t be called a game anymore. To be called a game, the player should have a chance of winning it.
It is now a business with no more free offers. A very unethical business.

WOW.....just played for the hundredth time..... no boosters..... last move dropped 5 of 6 licorices needed to beat the level and it stopped at the last licorice. Not a paying player but guess the ad revenues aren’t enough. Got the message CC. That’s it for me

Worst level of all time, and there have been many! No hope in passing this one but obviously some have, don't think I can keep playing much longer waiting for King to grant me that 'lucky board', for me this seems impossible!
Got down to needing 6 liquorice, spun wheel and got 5 extra moves, only 3 more liquorice dropped in that time, refused to pay to pass, fixed game, its a ploy to allow you to get so close you are tempted to pay!
Day 4 on this level, still not close,losing the will to live now, at one point I had 4 stripes and two wraps on board and was unable to make matches
Come on King.... your players who don’t pay to play support your ad revenue line. Do you really want to lose these players? You need to do something about this level. You have limited the ability to gain bonuses so this level becomes unbeatable. And where are the ‘lucky’ (hahaha) boards...... come on give it up!
Finally, day 5 on this B*$*@»d level, got the elusive lucky board, got down to needing 1 liquorice, spun wheel for extra moves, got 15! Only needed to use 2, so glad to be past that killer, almost killed my game.
Stipid level yet again... its like two out of three are just luck. No fun . No skill. Pfl

Please stop with with these boring unpassable levels!! Just make the 1 move you have on the board and hope for the best is not fun!! Im a paying player and Im ready to quit just not enjoying anymore...
As everyone noted, the real problem here is getting enough licorice to drop. Try to avoid hitting the licorice so they'll keep dropping. Don't worry about collecting them - you'll hit plenty of them without trying. LOL To get several licorice to drop with one move, Cookie suggested using a combo without hitting any licorice but I could never manage that. However, when I set off a stripe without hitting any licorice, 3 or 4 dropped at once. Doing that twice gave me plenty of licorice and I was finally able to pass.
Twice now I've needed three licorice with seven moves remaining and none dropped even though I kept clearing the line under the dispenser.
I got down to needing one licorice with three moves left but none would drop. Most tries I only get down to 8 or 9. Such a pain. Waiting for a lucky board now please!!!

Infuriating! The booster wheel to win moves has now been removed so only option is pay 10 gold bars which I’m not buying, lack of liquorice on this one too. PFL again 🤦🏻♀️
Something is wrong here. When you play 6230 over a hundred times in 5 days and you cant get thru it, the game needs to be reviewed. Not enough licorice drops. When there are NO licorice on the board and you clear under the dispenser, more should drop BUT none do. Heads up CC programmers!

It amazes me how King can top itself in the boredom level. Just when you think the game can't get any worse, they outdo themselves. No skill required once again, you have to wait for licorice that just won't drop. Only needed 5 licorice once with 14 moves, could not get ANY to drop. Refuse to pay when they keep trying to make us. Don't understand why they want us to get bored and quit, then they get NO money at all. Just plain stupid!

Ok enough now, drop some liquorice, I’ve been down to 2 , 6, 8, huge cascades with 19 moves left, nothing even when using tips suggested, it’s all a con I’ve been saying I’m not buying anything just getting bored

I have a different puzzle for 6230 on my iPad. It is absolutely impossible yo do in 18 moves.
Games should be fun and though they may be difficult, they should not be impossible to complete.
It is not fun to play a level for days on end and never be able to finish even half of it.
The game is different on my Android too. Very tedious and pure luck. It took a few attempts wvithout getting anywhere but once I'd managed to clear the waffles and broken through to the chrystal candies, I managed to make some wraps, the explosion of those magically created cascades which then cleared the board. Needed four extra moves which I won by watching ads.
