Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6691 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 6691 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the two ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
First grow the frog or use a colourbomb to collect the first key. If you use the frog to clear the key more will drop as you can also remove some licorice. Keep clearing the keys using combos or the frog until the rainbow twists are unlocked, then you have to clear the rainbow twists to release the ingredients.

Finally got my lucky board and finished with 3 moves left! The rest of the episode was no problem.
So no more free games and no boosters to win. What will be the next stupid move

Guess you guys want us long time, loyal players to leave. It's obvious by these awful levels...time to say good bye. With everything going on this world, this is one game that I enjoy. Not anymore, stressing me out anymore. Thanks for the fun, but it's not fun anymore!!!

Pookie8907 and Patty I agree with both of you. This level is totally frustrating. I'm ready to quit too. I will stay just a bit more (a few lives) hoping I get that lucky board. Posting for luck!!!
Well I'm back again. Still haven't had that lucky board. Nor have I had a lucky spin on the booster wheel. I'm beginning to think this game is fixed. It teases you by letting you get close so you want to try again. But in reality it knows when it will let you win. Not enough moves so that leaves skill out of the question. You must play until CC feels like giving you that lucky board. Maybe tomorrow or the next day. Because it sure doesn't look like it will be today!!!

Was stuck on this for nearly 2 days; twice I thought I had cracked it but it appeared I hadn't cleared all the jelly... I was so sure I had. Anyway, I had originally been placing the frog on the top left of the liquorice but then twigged by placing it 2nd on the left, more liquorice was cleared and more keys fell. It then took a couple more attempts before passing. After all this time I felt it was a bit of a rookie error but hey, ho, onwards and upwards! Stay safe everybody. Nanny Annie

I found if helpful to clear some of the licorice in the top left and allow more keys to fall, then use the frog. Good Luck!

Got it 2nd go, concentrated too much 1st time on collecting all the keys instead of clearing rainbow twists, you don't have to get all keys, good luck

Luck. Because that’s all that it even takes anymore. I need a crystal ball so I know when King decides I’m allowed to pass so I can set an alarm to come back and play the level then. I’m over 25 plays on this board, I think.
Wow. The next try, I managed to get the berries for the FIRST time. At 1 move left, had 2 jellies. Used one of my sacred (only 6) hammers for one, and the last move for the other!
Walked away from this level...trying again today 14 days later...won’t be back if I can’t pass...it’s ridiculous already...not enjoying cc anymore.
