Hints and tips showing how to pass level 7414 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 7414 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an ingredients level, you have to collect all the cherries to complete the level. The cherries are all locked in licorice and crystal candies along the bottom of the board and will drop out of the exits as soon as they are unlocked.
Wrapped candies are best all the way for clearing this level, switch them with colourbombs for the best results, but switch with any other special candy to clear the licorice. Look for colourbombs with every move and if you can't switch with a wrap or a stripe use alone to try to make more.

Coconut wheel, when you get a spotted ball match with a wrap as soon as you can make one and then luck begins your way. Yes, must been a lucky board too! Did it! Thanks!!
Shame i didn't have 30 moves like Windows players. Would've passed it first times. No where close since. It's like everyone else is expected to burn boosters or pay
After working it many many times with coconut wheel to start (I still have many of these from my old stash before sugar drops were eliminated), I discovered that the wheel didn't really help me at all. Went on w/o boosters for another long time and then got the offer of additional moves. I've posted about this earlier and I think some of you also have this option: after I've failed a level I've played over and over again, instead of the 5 extra moves for 10 gold bars, I'm offered 6 (original 5 + 1). With next fail I'm offered 7 (5+2), then 8, etc. So I keep playing and failing and then when I have both a lucky board and lots of extra moves, I'll spend the 10 gold bars. For this level, it took the original 23 lives plus 22 more and then I finally won. Woo-hoo!
Maybe I had a very very lucky board but after reading your comments I used the 3 initial boosters and I finished the level on my first try with 11 moves left !!! Good luck everyone 🍀

I have no hints because if you have few boosters the only way to pass is to wait until King sends you a passable board. So ridiculous.

I’ve played with all boosters given at the start which has wheels, I tried to make as many special candies every chance I get, but I can’t win it. Buying extra moves is not an option because I’m too far from clearing the board. I really don’t know what more I can do. ? Pfl

Used one of my 2 coconut wheels.got nowhere..wonder if the UFO works or if it hits random candies of no use..the UFO usually only works on jelly levels

Also wondering about UFO's. Do they help? Agree that I wasted too many coconut wheels, they get me farther, but not a win. Also starting with CB and stripe/wrap, has not helped. So there you go, King! You entice players to buy boosters, yet if boosters don't help, players will see you for the sneaks that you are! And less will buy!
I agree that Elektra's stategy above may be the only way. However, I do not have enough gold bars! And that is because the dang "play on" button is too close to the quite button. One false move and, poof! 10 gone!!
This is what helped me succeed: get stripes in the bottom corners any way you can. And then hope for CB to match hoizontal stripe in the corner. It wipes out a layer of the whole bottom row each time. So you need to do this more than once. You do not have to have perfectly cleared everthing above the bottom row.
I got enough of the board cleared to drop horizontal stripes from the top corners to the botton bottom corners. Then was lucky enough to have a few CB's that I could match the corner candy color.
Also- when I did use UFO's on this level, they were actually programed to hit appropriate and helpful clusters on the board. But I did not need to use a UFO on the time that I passed it.
Helluva lotta comments. There’s an awful lot to do to open and then drop the cherries. I don’t want to be here for three days. Now I’m not sure if the coconut wheel helps or not. I have received extra moves from the spin. I don’t know. I’ll just keep plugging along while I wait for the lucky board.

I have spent days on this, it is ridiculous and a waste of time. Using lots of strategy and then trying pot luck to no avail. I wonder what the magic statistic is?

Took me 3 days, lost several boosters and basically besides playing smart and following Cookie’s tips, you need a lucky board. Or gold bars to buy extra moves which I don’t have.

We've gotten this far; obviously we're loyal. Maybe we'll keep playing. Many have already fallen to the wayside. Afterall, KING rules all.
Please do this one kind thing for all of us here on this board. We'll be so happy we'll buy more and we'll play more and we will have FUN. Like games are meant to be!

I found that when I talked to King out loud while I'm playing a board like this I seem to have a lucky board pretty soon afterwards. So I thought I'd try it right here directly to King then reading it out
loud in hopes that it works for everyone. Well that's my tip for the day. Use my words or use your own words but just give it a try I mean how can it hurt?
It may be superstitious but I'll go with that.
Hello about my post earlier. I just passed this level It did not take too much longer. Did anyone try my tactic? You see I tried for all of us, but I ended up speaking to King myself as I played and after one very close one I won on the next one with half a dozen moves left! I just told them I'm not going to play if the news comes on or if I run out of lives, im done. And he said I'm not buying any boosters at least until you show good faith first. I told them I haven't been playing as much lately & did they notice.
It all sounds completely ridiculous and I really am kind of embarrassed to even say this and post it in public. But whatever works right!? Sometimes I have to shift to a new tactic. Just posting here used to work. Then PFL worked for a while. Talking to King and telling them like it is works for me now and has for quite a while. Of course I don't overuse it but it does work often. You probably think I'm a nut case but aren't we all for sitting here for weeks on end playing one level? LOL Good Luck Crushers!
Look at the time it was only an hour or so later that I won but I was shopping on eBay and Amazon for longer than I was on Candy crush so it didn't take much at all. Giving you hope ☮️💜
It may help to know that once you get down to the bottom, one hit with a hammer will clear each cherry. A horizontal stripe in the bottom row will do it also. I used 2 hammers to collect the last two cherries. Good luck everyone.

Wheels did nothing. Again. Another impossible set up level. King lets you win when they decide and that’s ridiculous. I am not paying another single cent. Not enough moves. How about have your techies try it themselves without computer assistance. Please send lucky board. Help please. This is not relaxing. Going back to level one when it was fun

Came close on 1st try then nothing, that first try I had a horizontal stripe at the bottom which cleared nearly all the cherries, never had that luck again so now I’m bored , please send another lucky board, I’ll be more aware of what to do !

PFL. Wayyy too much licorice and too few moves (22). I even swapped two colorbombs together and the cherries are still coated so they do not drop through. Frustrating level.
