Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8498 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8498 is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an orders level, you have to collect crystals, sugar coats and waffles to complete the level.
You will need a bit of luck to pass this level as there are not many moves to spare. You need to get cascades going to have any chance of passing the level so look for wraps and colourbombs. It isn't easy to see the colours of the candies until the board begins to clear, but once you start to get the board cleared it should become easier.

I think it will take a lot of boosters (which I don’t have) or a lucky board .I haven’t had that either. Not much skill involved, moves are VERY limited. Posting for luck. Anyone have any suggestions on how to pass this one? Please share if you do because I am stuck
I’m still here. Another day. It’s very hard to see the colors of the candies under the crystals. These old eyes are having a bit of a problem.

This really puts people with a vision disability at a severe disadvantage, It makes it really hard to play this type of game. Perhaps King or whoever designs these games is unaware of this!

This game has become 100% luck and 0% skill. The money grab here at King is beyond obvious. With those two facts apparent, King has sucked the fun outta this mindlessness. The most irritating part is that if you don’t open CC for 36-48 hours after coming across these impossible levels, you pass it on your first try once reopening. King is betting you will pony up to buy gold bars. When you don’t buy they let you pass days later cuz they afraid you’ll stop playing altogether.

I would get banned if I said what I really wanted to say about this level. Unless the Kings grant you passage, you will be here for a very very long time. Statistically it is impossible.

Well, it's back to a Nightmarishly Hard Level. Should've played it while it was still classified as Hard. Check mark booster helped me finish this awful level.

By the amount of comments and the 3 days I have been on this level it might be sometime before I get past it. Been no where near getting the cascades that are seen in the video. And nowhere near to getting a clear top let alone a clear board.
What kind of a junk level is this?? Really?? I buy stuff from time to time but refuse to buy anything on this absurd level. Would not even pay a dime on this one!!

Need some help please
With some luck making combos I was able to open the bottom left which is easier than the right, then I used a space disk booster to open the bottom right and finished with 2 moves to spare. Good luck!

habe nur 21 Züge. Im Video sind es 27 Züge. Ist ein sehr schweres Level. Nur mit Glück zu schaffen
Got to about two of each and had two color bombs on the board one next to a stripe but only 8 gold bars. Guess I’ll keep playing this dumb level. I’ve found I play CC a lot less than I used to, thanks King.

I think intention of the King now is either you pay or you leave the game. It is no more fun but creates a frustration and boredom in you.
I keep threatening to give up then I pass next time, think it is not going to happen here though. I have not got remotely close in several days.
When I saw 69 comments. I thought - why even try? Another boring level. I’ll go find another game more fun for a few days. Bye CC!

I would like to pass this level using a board similar to the video. I have never seen a cascade finish the level with 1 move left and knock out so many ingredients ever!! Posting for luck. This may be the new year but the last day I play continuously…CC is no longer fun without having to purchase boosters just to move forward…

Finally! I wasn't even getting close until last time. I had two opportunities to combine a CB/wrap by using a handswap each time. Wraps are much better than stripes for this level because of the double explosions. If you can make your way into the bottom of the board on at least one side, you'll get special candies forming from the cascades. I also used a hammer to hit a wrap to clear the last two awful waffles. Good luck everyone!🍀
I used full boosters an extra cb and wrap plus saucer and still lost. GOOD LUCK!
Oh and I meant to say, if you have failing eyesight like me, be prepared to sit for days pressing the prescribed moves until they let you through. No fun in this at all.

After reading the comments, I figured I just had to wait for a lucky board. I started with a color bomb, and finished with 5 more moves using 10 gold bars. I figured of any level was worth it, it was this one! BTW- All boosters and coins are from playing, not buying. Good luck!

Another ridiculous level relying purely on luck. Hoping to get a lucky cascade going like in the video soon.
I find no purpose in playing this game anymore other than frustration, not sure what CC's point is to make a game no longer enjoyable. It's almost impossible to get gold bars since you have to be the first one out or you only get 1, maybe 5. I no longer have the option to send lives to friends, this whole game now is just crap.

I totally agree with the comments about visual impairment what is the point if you invariably have to play highlighted moves they may as well let the level play itself and let you know when you're through to the next level much like the final moves in the video

A frase agora é sempre: "Você pode esperar perder algumas vidas antes de conseguir passar". Ninguém percebeu que reduziram os movimentos e aumentaram os pedidos? Se era terrivelmente difícil, agora é simplesmente IMPOSSÍVEL!! Melhor opção é deletar esta merda, existem jogos melhores, inteligentes e honestos.
Depois de ficar preso por 4 dias neste nível ridículo estou encerrando minha trajetória no CC, não compensa mais desperdiçar meu tempo com níveis onde tudo depende de sorte, não necessita mais ter que raciocinar, se tiver sorte e comprar reforços passa de nível. Adeus, sorte e dinheiro para quem fica, vão precisar.
Realmente este nível é totalmente impossível. Só tenho um único movimento disponível e inútil, e depois os movimentos que foram reduzidos, terminam. Este nível não depende de sorte e sim de um milagre.

The only way to pass this level, if not a lucky board and a lot of games, is party cracker and ufo. Otherwise endless suffering.

If I am stuck for more than 24 hours I will delete this game and stay on TT. Last episode was horrid and I actually am now spending maximum half hour a day. This level is pure luck and impossible w the amount of moves. People keep rallying to not pay to pass. Stop paying King and let’s find another real game to play that doesn’t involve luck. This isn’t a casino
