Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8981 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8981 is classified as a hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect waffles and clear the jelly to complete the level. To begin with try to clear some of the spawners, there is no need to clear them all, but they will lock up the candies with licorice locks and make it hard to make good moves if you don't hit them with combos. Treat this as a normal jelly level and the waffles will be collected as you play.

My moves have been reduced to 23 from 40 on one of your videos.
I am here the 4th day now. Tried the level a hundred times. It's not possible with 23 moves. Posting for lucky board pls

Just a ridiculous HARD level.....this game has become just an aggravation, all the fun has been eliminated, with all these deplorable levels!

There is absolutely no fun playing this level. BIG SIGH!!!!!!!!
Insane,you can't get near the spawners because of either licorice or cages in front and the spit cages at just about every move. I got oops 3 times in a row because there's no room for shuffling left it covers so fast. Ridiculous. Why do we needlicorice in a level that's already hard enough. No fun playing this way.
This is a redicious level, now you have licorice plus cages. This is getting very frustrating. Posting again for lucky board please

No need to use boosters cause you’re not going to pass anyway. Very frustrating and another boring level. Can’t remember when there was a FUN level. All levels need a lucky board. Where is the fun or skill in that? Have to stay for a couple of days then you’re allowed to pass. I find that BORING!!!
Still on this level, can’t get close. E.M. I’ve had a lot of “oops” It just seems so ridiculous. Make a CB and it immediately gets covered.

Agree with all above. Impossible and so boring cannot get close to passing this level . Hard to see how it can be done.
As everyone else say this is a terrible level and not even fun. Not enough moves and difficult to get the spawners. Posting for luck or a fix.

Very boring game. One has to wait for a lucky board. At this rate am going to give up on candy crush. So many levels r impossible ones leaving u to go on till a lucky board comes along.

Yep indeed this might be the level that I finally finally walk away from this game this level is absolutely insane. How two people managed to pass this level in my race is beyond me I don’t know how they passed it! This level is insane and I’m giving it till Wednesday if I’m not passed it by Wednesday I’m done!

This is totally B S. Time to play the compitation and watch their ads so they can get rich for an honest game. No way in hell am i going to reward king with any mobey from anyone for stupid shit like this. I will lose my 5 lives then off to the compitition for the rest of the time and watch all of their ads and enjoy playing a fun game. Screw you king. You lose.

Well I can see from reading the reviews that this is going to be another one of those levels where you have to play it over 100 times and you will only pass it when CC lets you. I think I’m not even going to waste my time. I’m going to find something else to play that’s not so boring.
