Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9364 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9364 is a jelly level and there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level. First clear the rainbow twists so that you can get to the skulls, you need to clear the skulls before you can hit the cakes as they are hiding licorice which will block your combos. Once the skulls are cleared you can clear the cakes fairly easily and this will uncover the bubblegum. Get the bubblegum oping to clear the jelly and the level will be complete.

What worked for me in the end was starting with a double colourbomb combo. One from my own stash and one from the extras given at the start. Switching those cleared the cakes completely in one move and once the sour skulls were cleared the rest was relatively straightforward. But even with the good start it was not an East finish.

Classified as a Nightmarishly Hard Level on my devices. As Britcrush said above, the double CB worked for me as well.
Seems to me 2 Color bombs together at the start is a wast as it’s pretty easy to get to where the skull is. Posting for luck 🍀
