Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9366 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9366 is a jelly level and there is jelly over the whole board so everything has to be cleared to complete the level. The frog is the secret to passing this level, you can't clear the top part of the board using normal combos so you will need to use the frog to get started clearing the rainbow twists. Place the frog in the middle section at the top first, then you can use the colourbomb bonbons to regrow the frog. To get the bonbons to refill the frog make a move beside a combon with candies the same colour as the frog and it will regrow the frog.
Keep using the frog to clear the jellies in the top section, then you will need to clear the remaining jellies in the bottom part of the board. You can keep using the frog to help clear the jelly if needed.

Wasted all my gold bars. This never allows you to get the right colours next to the Bon bons. After lining up moves they are always destroyed. Absolute waste of time.
Also I have 30 mins of colour bomb. Never able to get it next to the frog colour. What a surprise!

OK I give up. I cannot figure out the secret to this. I can grow the frog and get all of the shadowboxes above cleared. But I don’t have enough moves to clear all the chocolate below. I am up to 35 additional moves but I don’t want to buy them because I can’t see myself winning even with those extra moves. What am I missing?

Why should we even try to finish this level?!!! KING made it impossible. The colour of the frog you need to finish this level needs candies with the same colour!! if you don't put these coloured candies in the game!!!!!!!!.........well!!????? KING!!!!
I hate this level and I hate KING for making the levels impossible to beat. After all these years I give up. Bye bye and good luck everyone with this annoying level.
I think I figured it out friends. Use the frog to clear the chocolate candies in the bottom section 1st. It’s easier to fill the frog back up on the lower half of the screen. Then clear the top licorice to finish the game. Good luck
I keep getting so close, but those final spots seem do hard to clear!!!
What a piece of crap level. I’m not buying boosters so I will probably be on it for boring days (I’ve already been on it two day). What a waste of time and makes me hate CC and want to quit. Posting for luck as that’s the only way to get past this crappy level. King could do better than all these nightmarishly hard levels that can’t be completed without a lucky board!!!
Got down to one a few times. Used all my boosters. Obviously fixed as suddenly no moves to make. I quit. This game is crap

Finally won this awful game!! I figured out it was best to use the frog in the middle box first when you've grown it, then into the other two when you grow them. hopefully u can have moved left for bottom!!

This is ridiculous, been on here for 3 days and not getting close. I’m getting to the point where I’ll just give it a rest for a while!

Absolute worst level ever. I'm ready to give up CC if I don't pass this level fast. Lot of new word games out there that are so much more interesting, and don't waste nearly as much of your time.
Well this is the end of my Candy Crush. I have been at this for 14 days now and still cannot do it. It is time to give up. If King thinks that people enjoy playing these crap levels the are stupid. Candy Crush needs to finish or they need to get new developers. Good bye
Need a lucky board please
I know I’ve thought levels were impossible before and eventually passed but this level seems almost impossible. I’ve tried the suggestions but find it impossible to get the last 4 on the bottom. As soon as you clear one level of chocolate the spawner covers it again. When it’s this frustrating, it discourages me to play. Could be time for a little break.

just to confirm once more I've been given the lucky board after about 50+ attempts.
However, in some comments above somebody noticed you are in advantage if you start trying to get rid off of the 4 ices in the below section. I am here to confirm that, even though the algorithm was benevolent to me, the key was to proceed in the suggest way.
