Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3963 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3963 is a multi task level, you have to collect blockers and licorice as well as clear all the jelly to complete the level.
Forget about the blockers and licorice, if you clear the jelly these will be collected anyway as you can't clear the jelly with blockers on top of it.
To begin with you don't have many moves to choose from, but you should try to get the candies cascading as quickly as possible by opening up the spaces between the locked licorice. Once you have candies dropping down the board look for chances to make wrapped candies, don't bother making colourbombs to begin with as they won't do much good unless you can switch them with a wrapped candy.
Wraps will unlock and clear the locked licorice which will restrict your moves and prevent you from getting good cascades going.
Once the board begins to open up you will get massive cascades which will do a lot of the clearing for you and it can be quite fun to watch.
By the time the board is more open you are likely to have very few moves left so you can't afford to waste them, look carefully at where the remaining jelly is and check that you have collected enough licorice too.
This is where colourbombs are more useful, once the blockers and licorice are out of the way a colourbomb may just be what you need to complete the level.
