You have to collect 32 each of cream blockers and licorice.
There are only 30 licorice and 18 cream blockers on the board at the start, so you will need to get the rest from the lucky candies which will fall from the dispensers scattered around the board.
Collecting enough of the orders is not the hard bit, it is the fact that your moves are very restricted at the start and it can sometimes take a while to get the candies moving.
Because you get so many lucky candies falling as you play and every one will turn into either a blocker or licorice it is almost impossible to work your way down into the bottom part of the board, this is where you need stripes and wraps if you can manage to make them.
A stripe/wrap combo will clear a good amount of blockers and a lesser amount of licorice.
You will get quite a few shuffles, but these are good as they will hopefully put some normal candies in the bottom part of the board so you can make matches there and clear some blockers.

You need to clear all the jelly in only 20 moves. This may seem like a hard job, but there are only 4 colours so making special candies is pretty easy and cascades common.
Try to work in the bottom part of the board as much as possible to create cascades. Use the conveyor to get combos together, if you make a stripe or wrap on the conveyor save it until it is beside another special to give the best effect.
You will need to use combos to clear the jelly in the isolated squares in the middle of the board.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the combos you need.

Score 45,000 points in 25 moves to complete level 2165 Candy Crush Saga.
First try to open up the board by clearing blockers, although your moves are going to be very restricted at the start clearing some of the blockers will give you a better chance to make special candies.
The bombs that will fall from the dispensers each side will give you the scores you need, but it's important that you clear them whenever you get the chance because they will kill your game if you don't.
With 6 colours on the board it isn't easy to make special candies, but you really need to look carefully if you are to get a good score. Although simply clearing as many bombs as you can will do the job.
