Level 2731 is a dual task level, you have to collect the three cherries and clear the jelly to complete the level.
The first job is to get the cherries onto the conveyor as you need around 20 moves to get them all to the exits once they are on the conveyor.
Once the cherries are on the conveyor clear as much jelly as you can while they are close to the bottom of the board.
Once the cherries start to climb up the side of the board avoid making any moves that will drop them down again. Sideways stripes are bad, as are stripe/wrap combos. Also try to switch any vertical stripes before they get onto the conveyor as it could be a total disaster if a vertical stripe detonated on the conveyor and brought all the cherries back down to the bottom.
Count the moves needed once you have the cherries moving up the conveyor and if you don't have enough moves left you may as well quit and start again.

This is quite a hard jelly level as there are very few moves and the licorice in the bottom right can be tricky to clear.
You will get stripes dropping from the dispensers top left which will enter the board on the top of the conveyor when there is space for them.
Look carefully at the whole board and remember that if you have a good move on the conveyor and a better move in the section without the conveyor make the move on the conveyor first! The other move will still be there but the one on the conveyor won't.
Stripe/wrap combos are good for clearing jelly and will gradually clear the licorice in the bottom right. Once you have jellies in the bottom right section you can use a colourbomb to clear it. A colourbomb/wrap is good if there are jellies close by and a double colourbomb will clear all the licorice.
The licorice doesn't come back once it is cleared.

You have only 15 moves to collect the orders and complete level 2729.
You will need to unlock the top candies to allow the lucky candies to drop as quickly as possible, also clear the blockers at the top as this will give more licorice.
If you don't get some squares open at the top in the first few moves it will get progressively harder and you will eventually run out of candies as no more can drop until the top is opened up.
It is really helpful to use a colourbomb booster to start level 2729 as you can use it to unlock at least one of the locked candies at the top.
You need a fair amount of luck to complete level 2729 without boosters but once you have the top unlocked try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can and look for chances to make special candies and especially combos to clear as many of the orders as possible with each move.
