Level 2832 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect blockers and licorice to complete the level.
The orders will be provided by the lucky candies which drop from the dispensers each side of the board.
The cakes will be helpful but are not the only way to clear the level, you need to clear the cakes, but you don't really want to clear them both at the same time. First get the lucky candies dropping from the dispensers and use combos to change them. If you get licorice they will drop down and allow more lucky candies to drop. If you get blockers in the outer columns this will stop any more lucky candies dropping, this is when you need the cakes to clear them.
Use the stripe/wrap combos at the bottom to clear the cakes and they will remove any orders from the board and hopefully bring down more lucky candies.
If you still have a cake left you can use it to clear another lot of licorice and blockers. Once the cakes have gone you will have to use combos to complete the orders.

Level 2831 is a dual task level, you have to collect all the cherries and clear the jelly.
Mostly this level is pretty straightforward, but there is one jelly that can be a real problem to clear. This is the jelly at the top, under the licorice dispenser. This square has double jelly so needs to be hit twice, but there is no candy in it, only licorice, so it needs to be hit with a combo to clear the jelly. The problem is that the licorice will keep dropping into the square each time you try to clear it.
The only thing you can do is to keep blasting away at it until eventually you will get lucky. If you can hit it with a combo in the same move as clearing licorice it will work, as long as your combo isn't blocked by more licorice.
Apart from that it is a matter of luck. A colourbomb/wrap or colourbomb/stripe will probably do the job if you can make them.

You have to score 200,000 points in 12 moves to complete level 2830 Candy Crush Saga.
Look for wraps and stripes to unlock the locked licorice blockers and release the wraps which are covered in marmalade. You can also use a colourbomb to unlock the wraps, but this won't unlock the licorice.
Once the wraps are starting to explode you will get a lot of 5 move bombs dropping which will give you the score needed.
Clear the bombs using colourbombs and you should easily get the score.
With only 4 colours on the board it is fairly easy to make special candies and combos and as long as you keep the bombs from counting down you shouldn't have too much trouble with this level.
