Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3071 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect three popcorns to complete level 3071 Candy Crush Saga.
The fish from the fishing floats are useful, but they can also be a hindrance later in the game.
First make combos to clear some of the blockers and get fish from the floats, the fish will also clear blockers. Once the blockers are cleared you will get lucky candies dropping from the dispensers. Try to get the lucky candies down onto the main board before they change into popcorns. When there are lucky candies sitting up under the dispensers avoid hitting the floats until you can drop the lucky candies down onto the board, the fish will target the lucky candies and change them into popcorns and they are harder to grow up in the top part of the board.
Once you have a few popcorns look for wrapped candies to grow them, try not to hit the fish too often or you will end up with too many pocorns and too little room to make wrapped candies.

There is only one cherry to collect but you have to collect all the keys to unlock it first.
The keys drop from the dispenser at the bottom of the board one at a time.
The fish are very useful on this level as they will collect the keys for you, but only if there is no chocolate or licorice on the board. They will always target the chocolate first, then the licorice, then finally the keys.
If you hit the floats with combos to get more fish you will have a better chance of them collecting the keys.
Once the cherry is unlocked make moves towards the left of the board to bring it onto the main playing area and from there to the exits.

Level 3069 is a super hard level, even using boosters you might struggle to complete it.
The difficulties are the locked row of blockers in the middle of the board and the two popcorns which both have jelly under them.
You should look for chances to make stripes and colourbombs whenever possible and switch them together if you can. Failing that use stripe combos or stripe/wrap combos.
There is no real strategy to level 3069, just blast away as much jelly as you can.
However you still need to look carefully for the best moves, there is no point simply switching candies around as this will never work. Powerful combos and boosters are the only way.
