Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3092 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect chocolate, licorice and blockers to complete level 3092 Candy Crush Saga.
The chocolate is on the board at the start of the game and more will come from the lucky candies as you change them.
You need to get the lucky candies dropping by making moves down the middle of the board, or make moves that effect the middle candies. The lucky candies will drop through the portals unless they are blocked by blockers or chocolate, which will need to be removed.
Don't just concentrate on matching the lucky candies, you will run out of moves, concentrate on making special candies and combos to clear more of the orders and create cascades.
Sometimes the candies will get stuck in a continuous loop and you will have to quit and start again, but this only happened to me once in many games.
The number of moves has been reduced since this video was made, but the strategy remains the same.

The fishing floats in the middle of the board are locked and will not give any fish until you have collected the keys, each key will unlock one of the floats and allow it to be used.
The fish will be helpful, but you shouldn't have to rely on them completely as all the jellies are accessible. 
As usual work as close to the bottom of the board as you can and look for combos whenever possible. Use combos to hit the floats once they are unlocked and the fish will clear up the last bits of jelly for you.

Level 3090 was a jelly level with a timer but it has now changed to a jelly only level.
Make matches next to the licorice to open up the middle column a little then look for stripes and wraps to unlock the locked licorice.
Keep an eye on the bombs and clear them whenever possible as they will soon count down and end the game.
You need to look for special candies and combos to clear the bombs and jelly so don't rush your moves, take time to check the board carefully before every move.
This is a much harder level now than it was as a timed level, as you are limited to the number of moves.
You will need some powerful combos to break all the locked licorice, colourbombs switched with another special candy are the best, especially with a wrap as this will break the licorice locks and clear a lot of jelly.
There are fishing floats in the bottom corners but these won't help much unless you get a lot of stripes hitting them from a combo.
