There are only 2 colours on level 3101 so the special candies make themselves, besides this there are 2 stripe dispensers, one each side, so you can switch the stripes together or use them alone to hit the orders in the middle section of the board.

However, with so few moves just using stripes is unlikely to get enough licorice and yellow candies so you are going to need much more powerful combos to have any chance of passing the level.

The best combo is a double colourbomb combo, which is not hard to make and quite often makes itself.

Next is a colourbomb/stripe combo, although not as good as the double colourbomb combo as you have no control of where the stripes go and they don't hit so many of the licorice and lucky candies as the double CB.

You have to collect three ingredients to complete level 3100 Candy Crush Saga.

First you need to get the keys dropping to unlock the ingredients and the middle of the board. Ignore the bottom section for now.

Once the locks are open try to get the ingredients to the exits as quickly as possible because the bombs can be a real nightmare if they get into places where they can't be destroyed.

Remember the task is to collect ingredients only, not clear the board.
The video below starts with more moves, but the game is completed in the required number of moves.

You need to collect the 5 keys to unlock all the locked cells, some of which have chocolate under the locks.

The fish from the fishing float have priorities, when you get fish they will go first to any chocolate that is on the board, if there is no chocolate they will go to the keys and lastly they will clear jelly. So if you bear this in mind when you are thinking about your moves it is best to clear the chocolate first if you need to get the corner jellies cleared.

Hit the float with combos whenever possible to get plenty of fish and they will almost clear the board for you.
