Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3845 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3845 is an orders level, you have to collect the 4 popcorns as well as 30 bombs and 22 stripes to complete the level.
The stripes are not a problem so don't worry about them, you will get plenty if you follow the tips.
What you need to concentrate on is making colourbombs. Clear some of the blockers to make space, then look for chances to make colourbombs every move.
Use the colourbombs to detonate the stripes down the right side of the board or switch with a stripe. The most important popcorn is the one at the top of the left column, this is the hardest popcorn to grow and if you don't get it out of the way quickly you won't be able to collect the bombs as it stops them from dropping.
Every time you get a colourbomb look at the stripes on the right and use it on the colour that will hit the top popcorn, if that isn't possible get one of the others.
The stripes on the right are important, but better still is a colourbomb/stripe combo, this will, hopefully, hit more than one popcorn but it has the added benefit of giving you all the stripes you need in one hit.
It is quite easy to make colourbombs and each time you get one look at ways to make more either by hitting popcorns or removing a colour to make it easier.
The bombs are the hardest to collect mainly because they don't start dropping until some of the popcorns are gone, so once you have them you need colourbomb combos to get enough. Colourbomb/stripe combos are good as they will clear some as well as getting more dropping, so use these combos whenever you can.
Colourbomb/wrap combos will only be useful if you have some candies of the right colour in with the bombs, but they will help with growing pocorns if you still need them.

Not very challenging double episode this week (that's sarcasm before anon haters start like last week). Not feeling the love King so remove those love hearts from the chocolate. Nos vemos el próximo miércoles
Whew! Double episodes again. The first one is much easier. I almost got a diamond trophy again but for 3822 where I started a CB combo which is a no no. After reading Cookie's tip, I got it on the second try. The second episode is much harder. Some levels (3832, 3833, & 3835) are so hard that I ran out of lives several time, but I was still able to get gold trophy.

KK, the Space Dash is replaced by Spooky Dash with the same rewards. Maybe because Halloween is coming soon. There are treats in some levels where you get boosters. I think I got it three times in the first episode. King is handing out boosters instead of candies for Halloween.
I didn't have Space Dash or Spooky Dash either so the episodes were very challenging and I had to use shovels and switches. So happy it's over and hopefully will have a Space Dash back next week.
No space dash or spooky dash for me either! And King is handing me zero boosters. Very, very hard without this stuff.
Finished - but took me all day - not so easy for me. Until next Wednesday.

These two episodes took me all day as well. The tricky ones, with ingredients moving on conveyor belts, would have been impossible without Cookie's advice.
I found the second episode much easier than the first one. I had Spooky Dash for the first four levels of episode one and was still able to reset. Then it disappeared for awhile and then came back but I was no longer able to reset. This is the first week I received crowns at the end of episodes. Silver on episode one and gold on episode two. Not much of a trade-off for not being able to reset!

Ditto all day here as well. Some very frustrating & ridiculous levels. King bring back the RESET FEATURE. You’re making this game impossible, aggravating, & for me (others too) just not worth it anymore. For those of you that can play in airplane mode, I was able to reset/back out & not lose my spooky boosters. It got real confusing needing internet to read cookies tips, then go to plane mode to be able to reset. So I screen shot all the tips while connected & saved to photos. Then went to airplane mode & played, reset/backed out without penalty. Hope this makes sense
Just glad to finally be finished this week. Used lots of booster and quite a few saucers I had won and stockpiled. Luckily I had spooky dash. See you next Wednesday.
No longer getting any helmet or space dash on Facebook so can't even get close. Stuck about 150 levels back with the levels made far harder once the Wednesday Club get through them. Time to quit, I think - King have slowly been killing the goose that lays their golden eggs.
this is funny..I thought I was the only one who went back and forth from the airplane mode to the internet to read cookies tips...it can be frustrating but obviously not as frustrating for those who don't have SD or cannot use airplane mode
Anon 22:09 here. After my long explanation, funny I went to bed with full spooky boosters (on internet) now this a.m. GONE! So do they go away now too after the end of the day? King, you are so blowing it! You’ve had a good thing going for years with lots of peeps (never me) paying for boosters... greed will be your demise. I for one cannot go through another double episode like that again. I can get my stress elsewhere. Lots and lots of competition out there to take your business away.... think about that for a minute. Carlton, why don't you use a second device (eg smartphone) to access internet for Cookie's advice and keep your tablet on airplane mode? Helen
because when you are playing at work you can't have a phone and a tablet
wow what a difference in episodes ...I struggled to get a bronze trophy in the first one whereas I almost got the ultimate trophy in the second one missing it by one level

OMG finally finished the episodes found some of them really hard & I didn’t have any help from cookie as as levels & tips wouldn’t load so was playing blind it only loaded for the last 3 levels & no comments until this last 1 then no one gave tips on best way to play but I passed 1st time 🙂.
I started with full space helmet then got 2cb together which helped a lot then finished with moves to spare see you all next Wednesday.
Insane how hard these levels are without space dash or the helmet, as like others, I no longer receive it. I only have a few boosters left, and often don't even use hammers/switches on a level because it so hard that if you don't get a GREAT start you are doomed anyway and they would be wasted. But, if I'm close (after a freaking million tries) I blast away with those! Now, I have hardly any boosters. Makes me very impressed that some got this far NEVER having space dash...KUDOS to you!
I don’t know which episode was worse, both were mostly awful. There were several booster grabbing levels in each. I was lucky to keep the reset and by using airplane mode, had the space dash or helmet most of the time. I lost the helmet briefly, but the CC gods soon gave it back. I also switch back and forth to check out Cookie’s tips when I’m in the mode. I never thought to use my older iPad to check the tips so thanks for that tip! It was a duh moment when I read that above tip! We have almost 400 members in the Wednesday Club FB group and it’s a great bunch. We share tips and gives lots of lives to each other so check us out. I’m proud to be one of the admins!
Anyone else finding SD hard to earn these days? 1168 has reduced moves now, as I’m sure others do to. Just seems like there are fewer earned in our ‘usual ‘ episodes
Level 1168 not only isn't a sweet spot for Sugar Drops anymore...it's also unpassable with so few moves.
Re Sugar Drops, I played it my tablet until I have say 2 left to claim the last box where you get at least 3 hands, two lollipops, or one hand and one lollipop each. Then I played a Sugar Drops level in my PC until I get the 2. I played also to collect 2 on my tablet. I ended the level that I am playing in my PC and collected the boosters. Immediately after that, I closed the level I am playing in my tablet and get also the boosters. So I got the boosters both on my PC and tablet
It looks like it works only on 2 devices because when I try to collect it on another tablet, the box opened empty.
Re SD, thx Rick for the tip. It’s painfully obvious King wants us all to move onto the NEW GAMES they’ve developed. No other explanation that for about the last 6 months this game has deteriorated into the impossible. First it was severely reduced moves followed by passing only with a lucky board. Then only if you used a ton of boosters from SD. The latest tactic to stop us from resetting says it all. They want us to get hooked on another game that produces more $$. Seriously people, what other reason would they kill this Golden Goose? What used to take :45 minutes to collect 180 SD now is taking double that. I’d love to be a fly on the wall listening to the developers every Morning laugh & say “lets see how many idiots are still hanging on” The way things are going I predict not many. For these reasons alone I will never play any new games by King. Sad really, been playing for 7 years & this “idiot “ is leaving for greener pastures
Re my tip on SD, I think it works only with a PC and one device. I tried it on my Samsung table and IPad mini. The box opened empty on the second device.
If I won't be able to reset, I lose also interest in playing CC. The levels now are very difficult even if you can reset, what more if you can't. So far I can still reset so I keep on playing.
I would find it extremely difficult to nil to get those bombs. Unless I had plenty of boosters, and/or space dash. I did not get this level first try. But I did get it. As for the double episode I did this on Win 10 a couple of weeks ago. And like most of you I found the first episode extremely difficult and this one not that much better. I got a bronze on both. Three first tries on the first, 8 first tries on the second but both yeilded bronze. I found 3828 the most difficult and thought it was an impossible level until I just must have hit in lucky. I still get space dash.
Once again, King has changed the level from what is in the video. On iOS, you only have 16 moves, the bombs start out at 8 and there are way more layers on the blockers. King is like my younger brother, if you don't like the way things are going, just change the rules in the middle of the game. Well I for one and tired of playing this game by their stupid rules.
Starting without any boosters and I have yet to play this level a single time and clear all of the bombs. Play, make 8 moves, bombs countdown to zero and game over. How is that any fun at all? Whoever designed this level needs to be punched in the face with brass knuckles!
Do you idiots not realise that posting tips on here are read by king & then they go out of their way to block those tips ! Most of us this far can work out the shortcuts anyway so keep them to yourselves ��

As said, idiots cannot figure the shortcuts so need 'idiots' to give advice. Many have reached this far with all the 'idiotic' tips and cc tightening its grip on loose ends.
It is here with the generous NOT selfish sharing that many have been able to win levels after levels.

First try with no additional boosters, but I did have a colourbomb from Space Dash. Not too hard if you can get the board open early as lots of specials form in the cascades.

So, as usual, the video and tips are out of date. Hard to keep up with how quickly King destroys the game. There are now fewer moves, but worse, the bombs only have an EIGHT move count - i.e., just over half of what they were when video was made. If you don't start with, or make, colour bombs in the very first few moves to get the first bombs they will detonate on you every time. And most of the tools to make colour bombs, or to carry them over, like space dashes etc are removed also,so that angle is gone too.
I am about to join the ranks of those that just dump this "game" once and for all. I understand King is here to make money but if we don't all protest their greed and vote with our feet, they will continue to just gouge and gouge. I'm not having it any more.

ANOTHER impossible level, only 8 moves before bomb explodes. No skill just luck. I am also keen to know why one of my family members sales through each week with over 20 levels on her phone. I use iPad and lucky to clear 10.

I give in on this level trying to clear bombs in 8 moves is near impossible I'll have to wait and see if any chance of a lucky board if not looks like I've come to the end

I don't totally understand this game, so please help me!
This level appears to be virtually impossible to win without any boosters or things like the lollipop.. I refuse to pay for help, like 20 extra moves. If I haven't paid for any so far, why start now. I guess I'll just walk away for a week or so. It may be different on an i-pad or notebook.. but on a laptop even with a good board it was virtually impossible
My color booms start off with 8 yours starts off with 15. My number of moves is 15 yours is 20 something. Why is yours different? No wonder I can't pass this level.
On my board, the bombs start at 8. There are fifteen moves. When I finally make progress the bombs are at 1. I finally gave up and used spaceships and hammers.
