Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4727 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4727 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This is a straightforward jelly level so the main difficulty will be running out of moves.
If you can make a double colourbomb combo you will be able to clear most of the licorice from the bottom part of the board and this makes it easier to clear the jelly there.
As with all jelly levels you are going to need to make as many colourbombs and combos as you can and blast everything in sight. There are only 4 colours on the board so it isn't hard to make special candies and combos. Switching a colourbomb with a wrap or a stripe will help a lot to clear the jellies in the bottom part as long as you make sure there are candies of the right colour in the places you need them.
The moves have been reduced but the following video is completed with moves to spare so does show a good strategy for passing the level.
You will need a bit of luck to pass this level but it is possible to pass it without boosters as the video shows.

I'm finding this level VERY DIFFICULT even with boosters!
Ugly!!! I used 3 hammers and 3 switches on my 3rd try to finally move on. And lost the bot!!
I finished on the first try. I did start with a full blot and the extra color bomb from the candy pet, so I am sure that helped the situation. Good Luck all. It’s been awhile since I have been in the last 2 episodes on the day they came out. Had some catching up to and finally made it.
Ridiculous level made harder after a few days! Want u to buy extra moves? Time to quit!
Very hard having trouble getting rid of licorice

With a little help of all my boosters and training (first without boosters to understand how the level functions) it worked. Started with CB+wrap, tried to hit all waffles when they were still on the upper side (much easier to hit than when they are in the bottom area!!) and when the field is open, quite some CBs occur (could combine them twice with stripes). And I found the fish highly important - ate my last almost unreachable jellies when there was only one move left.

Finally beat this level on day two. Had no boosters. Managed to spin for 15 extra moves
I don't have much in the way of tips since I resorted to my only UFO to finish but the hardest jelly to clear for me was in the bottom right and left corners.
Why is this level only 21 moves. I havent seen a colour bomb or packet in this game. I have spent thw whole game in the left hand box with no chance to move out. Time to leave perhaps?

Cookie's tips are spot on--I realize the Pro has the ability to make numerous color bombs (they are not getting easy boards as some players complained about). I understand the concept of HOW to win, I am elderly & brain doesn't know how to plan future moves. LOL So begging (once again) for a LUCKY BOARD that practically plays itself out.

Ridiculous!!! So frustrating. The more i try the harder it gets. I have had plenty of double colour bombs and all the combos. Can’t win unless King wants you to win.
Well today’s the day. I’ve been on this level for weeks. Tried all combos possible. No boosters excepts daily ones. Had boards that got down to 1 left and lots of moves and then it’s impossible. I didn’t get this far by chance. Last day then I give up. I don’t spend a lot of money but some. But no more. Last day for candy crush

I need new glasses. My game is completely different from Cookie. Again, not fare. Just give me a lucky board and end with this nightmare.
It looks like this will be my last game. There are 18 blocks with 5 layers, 18 with 3, a lot of jellies and only 25 moves. The equation dont close. i hope someone in Candy take a look at this game, not possible, not even with a lucky board. Bye, nice to know you
