Hints and tips showing how to pass level 8429 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 8429 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect the cherries and clear the jelly to complete the level.
You can almost ignore the cherries, if you make enough combos to clear the jelly you will likely collect the cherries at the same time. Stripe/wrap combos are one of the best combos to use, but colourbom/wrap combos are also very good. The wraps will clear the sugar coats from the cherries as well as clearing the blockers and jelly. Once the cherries get down to the bottom of the board they will drop out of the exits as long as the sugar coats are cleared from them.

I come to this site often & sometimes do fine a helpful hint. Not the case anymore. This is my 3rd day on 3 different devices & just lots of tumbling & no action. Waiting for that elusive lucky board.

Not fun, like every level in this episode I've been stuck for days. I give up King, you win. But I'm not spending a time to get past this level. Number of moves only decreased by one, but the number of blockers clear almost tripled. Not fair!!!!!
