Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9931 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9931 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect caramel squares and clear the jelly to complete the level.
You'll need to clear the skulls to open up the board, but try to use the coconut wheels by switching them at the bottom of the board, this will help to clear the skulls and open the jelly jars. If the coconut wheels are detonated by your combos they could easily be wasted by going the wrong way. Don't worry about the caramels, they will be collected as you work on clearing the jelly. As with all jelly levels you are going to need to make combos as much as possible to blast the board until it is cleared.

The moves have been reduced to 28 and the coconut wheels are usually wasted. Can only be used for the skulls or hit with strips from the center board and then run without target. Frustrating. Boosters for a lucky the beginning (my first trials were with temporary boosters) don't help since then it is still very closed. Posting for a lucky board.

Another level, as they have been for quite a few in the past where you have to wait till they dictate as to when you win or not. I will not support them in anyway when it’s blatant that you have to wait for them to let you pass, there is absolutely no skill involved.

Very frustrating level with such limited moves. Wheels are only good to get rid of the skulls but otherwise they just get set off by the jars and then go up and down iso sideways where they would do some good on the bottom. No fun.Good luck,you'll need it.
The game started to lose its appeal a while ago with too many hard levels that are no fun, have no challenge. Just inanely moving candies around without getting anywhere is pretty boring. Maybe King should get some new writers in who can come up with fun and interesting levels! I don't mind a challenge but it should still be fun.

This really is a ridiculous, no fun level. Less moves,more caramels and the jellyjars just add more jellies to get rid of when there are barely moves left and the coconut wheels are only good to get rid of the skulls. Good luck,you'll need lots of it.

Intriguing level, but still posting for luck.
Another ridiculous time wasting boring level. Not wasting any money so they might as well grant me passage. It is clear they do not want anyone advancing. Total crap.
Welp, bout done with CC. 3 days - I am bored to tears. Just about had enough.

I b eleven its impossible without boosters.
I used a UFO and 10 bars for extra moves to pass this level
Can’t get into the bottom section soon enough.

Day 2, up to max of 30 free moves but have no gold bars to use it to pass. Have used up all my boosters including a UFO but still couldnt pass. Very frustrating
