Hints and tips showing how to pass level 9986 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Tips and walkthrough video for this level. Even experts sometimes need help!
I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: Level 9986 is an order level, you have to collect sour skulls, cherries and rainbow twists to complete the level. The priority at the start is clearing the caramel squares to unlock the right side of the board. The frog at the bottom will grow itself in the first few moves and the best place to put it is beside the colourbomb at the bottom, on top of the thick caramel square. This will make it easier to clear the caramels and unlock the board. Once you can make moves on the right side of the board you can start clearing the skulls to uncover the rainbow twists so they can be cleared.
DON'T start this level with boosters.

The frog doesn’t grow. Posting for luck
The frog grows by yellows dropping next to it. You don't have to do it. Keep an eye on it, when it grows put on caramel next to covered cb at bottom. The squares on the left covered mean nothing, ignore them.concentrate on right when it opens. As far as the cherries i never even saw them so they must drop after you clear the twist. Hope this helps.

I’ve figured it out. You need to go in with NO BOOSTERS. Otherwise, if one gets placed in the leftmost column it screws up the pattern that matches with the frog and the frog will not grow. Good luck!
I clear the center and grow the frog but right side never opens! Help
Wasn’t sure what the tactics were here…..read what was required with the frog etc and completed it FIRST go. Love this site ❤️
Great advice. I got it first time. I didn’t use the frog to clear the skulls, there was always a combination to hit the skulls without the frog.
What a joke to take away the boosters from the win streak. Just another reason I will never give a dime to this game.

Don't understand how to get the right side to open up.
