Levels over 10,000

This blog is now complete, I will not be doing any more tips or videos after level 10,000.

I will be working on lower levels that have been changed to make them more relevant for newer players who need help.

Thank you all for supporting the blog and the FB group. I may post links to relevant videos but can't guarantee to be able to do this. The FB group is still open and members can often help if you have problems.

You are welcome to post any tips you have for future levels in the comments of this page, however please keep the comments to tips, any irrelevant comments will be deleted.

UPDATE

I am working on a few levels which I know have changed or hard levels that I can manage to do and I will post links here when I do them. Here are the first few.

Done thru #11360. Tough episode with 4 levels not doable without extra moves or piñata (worst option because it costs 29 bars). Use the coconute wheel whenever available. It helps. Good luck everyone 🍀

Luís Bernardo said...

On level #11360 the solution is to hit the snakes with horizontal stripes in the last row. Good luck

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Done thru 11,360 with the help of timed boosters, helped a ton in 11,360 as I was able to start with CB/CB combo, moves to spare, will slow down to get last sticker & last chocolate box rewards, good luck to all...

Level 11,128 is beyond! Sure don’t have the fun I used to have with this game. They’re not getting any money out of me especially when it’s so obvious THEY make you play until THEY decide when they want you to win! No such thing as a lucky board, it’s their dictation as to when you win or not! I have no problem supporting them, but not when it’s so predictable and blatant as to what they’re doing! ☹️

Flippenheck said...

Struggling with 11341, cannot make any indent

Stuck on level 11353, only 21 moves ,couldn’t even clear the 3 keys ,pfl …

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Done thru 11,375. Won gold bars from chocolate box & episode race & UFO from, last sticker, that was the goal, good luck everyone, til Wednesday...

Deb said...

11375. Horrible episode. Many of the levels are not winnable without special boosters. Not fun.. Not interested in playing if it going to be like this in the future.

Elektra said...

Finished through 11375 and I yawned my way through playing most levels again and again until I won the extra moves. I managed to get 4 golden crowns in the last episode — 11363, 11369, 11372, 11375 — with the tremendous help from F5 and various timed boosters. If you have any control over starting boosters (I never seem to have the chance; often getting free CB for an hour just when I’m ready to turn off game and go to bed) with 11353 the free CB at the start messed up a very limited board start that’s meant to hit the rainbow twists on the first move. Or free CB was buried in marmalade below. After finally reaching 25 extra moves, and long after free CB timed out, I added a stripe/wrap booster and won first try. Can I call it a win using 10 gold bars for extra moves and 1 hammer on last jelly? I won 5 gold bars for coming in 2nd in first episode of the week, then 30 and 40 gold bars for winning 1st place in next 2 episodes. So that’s something!🤗. I know that Rick and Luis were discussing this seemingly new difference in play for some who got 30 or 40 and others (Rick😩) still getting only 25. I’ve decided that it’s better (for me) to win episode race for gold bars, and then have to wait until Wednesday with dumb Star Tournament, rather than slow down and try for the Weekly Contest which I usually came in 2nd or worse and bagged maybe 1 booster.

Good luck all and see you Wednesday.

Making no indent on 11349. Help please

Dolce’ said...

Has anybody got a good strategy for level 11,160? Been on it for days I don’t even think I understand how it works! But very frustrating as they just won’t even give you a break after playing it for so long and getting down to just a few things left, so obvious how it’s all about the money. 😡

Thanks CC
Cross my fingers again and expect more moves or more boosters

Finally passed 11358 in first try after king change moves from 20 to 25 and it is a different board game ,11359 is easy, then 11360 with 20 moves again ,not even close after 20 tries ,PFL…

Dolce’ said...

OK level 11,161 is insane! Are they punishing us for getting so far? Don’t you think levels at this stage should be skill testing and not waiting for them to decide when you should win it? It’s just ridiculous.

Dolce’ said...

Time to use up all my boosters and quit this game. So not enjoying it anymore. ☹️

Needing luck on 10138. Nothing else working for me so far. 😕🍀🤞🏻

Rick said...

I finished the 1st episode today up to 11390 all on first try. Before I forget and to proceed to the next episode, I will write first tips on some levels for my fellow players.

Rick said...

In 11383, beware that there is a fish order also. I just realized that after I cleared all the jellies but the level is not yet completed. I am just short of one fish. I have to use 16 gold bars to get five extra moves. (I have to complete it on first try to continue my streak and keep getting color bomb in the beginning.) It's a good thing I have over 1,500 of them. Clearing the fish will also clear the jellies. Better still use a fish booster to begin with.

Rick said...

In 11386, try to clear the Rainbow Twists on both ends ASAP. They block the dispensers of the blue and green candies you need for the order, otherwise you will run out of moves, Adding a check czndy booster will surely help.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

If you can manage a CB/wrap in 11,376 it is easy. Already stuck on 11,377. Congrats on your progress Rick & thanks for tips, good luck this week everyone...

Rick said...

In 11388, try to clear the keys from the disoensers on the 2nd and 8th columns ASAP. The 3rd key will unlock the Jelly Jar on the 8th row in the middle, otherwise you will run out of moves to clear the jellies that will be unleashed by the Jelly Jar.

Rick said...

In 11390, try to clear the Sour Skull ASAP, because it its pedestals are multi-layered blockers that are hard to clear because of limited space on each squares.

Flippenheck said...

Needing help again for 11362 please

Rick said...

I completed the 2nd episode again on my first try to level 11405. It might be a little harder episode because I used pinatas on 2 levels.

Rick said...

In 11392, the 3rd cherry that will be coming from the middle disoenser is the hardest to clear. I think it will only appear after you clear the 2 cherries on the outside columns. The last row of blockers is ordered by the Rainbow Twists. In other words you have to clear first the Rainbow Twist order for the row of blockers to appear. I have to use a UFO to break the heavy blockers that block the 3rd cherry to the exit.

Rick said...

In 11393, try to clear the keys that is coming only from the top middle column dispenser to unlock multi-layered Toffee Swirls on the first column and 3rd columns. Clearing the Cake Bomb on the right ASAP will clear the board when it blows.
In 11394 and 11395 I used pinatas to clear some of the blockers on the board.

Rick said...

In 11400, try to clear the Sour skull on the 3rd column ASAP because on its pedestals are intermingled bobbers and Wrapped Bobbon Blitzes. When they explode, they will clear the Licorice Swirls for the order, and hit the bobbers which will will send fishes to clear the board. Bursting the Bubblegum Pops on the first 2 columns will help start to clear the Sour Skull. In addition, candies will replace the Bubblegum Pops, which you can match to clear the Sour Skull.

Luís Bernardo said...

Done thru #11390. Congratulations Rick for your outstanding performance. Good luck everyone 🍀

Rick said...

Although I completed again the last episode to 11420 all on my first try, the last episode is definitely the hardest. I'll write tips and comments later because my tablet is low on power. I have to charge it first.
Good luck everyone! Till next Wednesday!

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Wow, you guys are good! My only tip is 11,378 was unbelievably easy, inching along, good luck...

Rick said...

In 11407 which I think is the hardest level of the day, you have to clear the 2 cherries on the outside columns which are blocked by Rainbow Twists which are order-locked by 4 Jelly Jars, two of which are covered by marmalade on the 6th row. I needed 5 extra moves and used 2 pinatas to pass this level on my first try.

Rick said...

In 11410, clear the Rainbow Twists on columns 1,2,9, and 10 for the Licorice Swirls to drop needed for the order.

Rick said...

In 11412, collect the keys first on column 9 to unlock the multi-layered blocks on cols. 5 & 6 which block 4 Rainbow Rapids.

Rick said...

In 11413, clear ASAP the Sour Skull because on its pedestals are multi-layered blockers on the outside columns and bottow row. The sooner the blockers are exposed, the more time you will have to clear them. I used a pinata here, too.

Rick said...

In 11417, collect first the marmaladed keys on top of cols. 2 and 8 to unlock the the Horizontal Stripes Bonbon Blitzes in the middle, which will clear the 2 Cake Bombs on both sides.

Rick said...

In 11420 (the last level) which I think is the second hardest level, you have to clear the Rainbow Twists on the first 4 columns for the yellow candies and Toffee Swirls needed for the order. The cherry I think is order-locked by 6 yellow candies and will appear on the top right square. (I forgot what was order-lock on the bottom 3 right rows.) You can use a check candy booster here that may turn into yellow candy or Toffe Swirl. I used 2 pinatas here (11 overall on 3 episodes and I UFO) to pass this level.

Flippenheck said...

Need help for 11383 please. Wow Alrick you are bombing along. Thanks for your tips for future games.....think I am in trouble as I have no piñatas. How do you get them without paying for them

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Tip for 11,383, as Rick suggested fish booster, I was able to start with CB next to fish, gets all 10 fish orders on 1st move, now stuck on 11,386. To Flippenheck, you can get a pinata by redeeming 29 gold bars, good luck...

Flippenheck said...

Thanks Sunny....I will use my one and only fish booster and hope for the best. I keep my gold bars to buy those extra 35 moves for the real undoable levels, maybe I would be better served buying pinata. Bit I find the gold bars hard to get as it is. Thanks Sunny and Rick.Good luck to you too

Rick said...

I got one piñata back by winning Sam's Streak last night with 3,231 points. The second place player has only 740. I will get another one from the Weekly Contest which concludes on Sunday. I am leading right now with 164 levels and the nearest to me has only 12 levels.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Done thru 11,390 tough episode, fish helped in 11,383 & check mark helped in 11,386. Found 11,389 most difficult, now stuck on 11,392 but will take some days off, good luck!

Dolce’ said...

Pleeease fellow players, I need some advice on level 11,161?! Or do I just have to wait until they dictate as to when I win or not because skill certainly isn’t working! I have been on it for days it is just insane! Ready to give up and quit this game for good. 🤯🤬☹️ Thanking you in advance!

Level 11398. Posting for luck please

Rick said...

Hi Dolce, in 11161, try to clear the middle column by matching candies near it for the keys to show up so that you can collect them and unlock and open up the board. Then you can start clearing the Sour Skull which when cleared will open the board more. I replayed it and was just just one jelly left which I could have hammered to pass it. You can also watch videos of that level to see how it is completed. Good luck.

Rick said...

Hi Sunny, you found 11389 the most difficult because of the Licorice Swirls.
This is the kind of board that a CB combo works best, which will eliminate all the Licorice Swirls in one move.(You can also use a piñata for the same effect) I think there were only 7 levels (I did not count) of the 45 levels that I was not able to start with a CB combo because the CBs were too far apart. The CB combo is the main reason how I was able to pass all the 45 levels on my first try. However, for instance in 11398, a CB/wrapped combo might be better. If you start with a CB and wrapped candy from you own stash they can be placed only on the top right square. It will be easy to get them together. If some of the keys in the bottom right square are the same color as the wrapped, they will also become wrapped and expodes, taking with them the other keys near them. (That's a tip on 11398)

Flippenheck said...

Stuck on 11388 now for a while

Luís Bernardo said...

Done thru #11405. Crazing hard episode with at least 4 very difficult levels. Needless to leave here any tip once Rick had already did it. Tks. You will definitely need extra moves and/or UFO and piñatas. I decided to play only 3 times a week once the game became very stressful. Good luck everyone 🍀

Flippenheck said...

Now stuck on 11389 for a while

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Just wait til 11,398! Got 18 moves instead of 30 in video, though Rick's suggestion of adding initial boosters CB & wrap make sense it didn't ever work to my advantage. Got a "super lucky board" early to match CB/CB & used 1 UFO, crazy level. In 11,399 fish are the key, they target the "cakes". In 11,400 just follow Rick's tips. Won a pinata from "Bubble Trouble" hooray! Thanks & good luck...

Rick said...

Sunny, good for you for reaching 11400. In 11398, I did not use a CB/Wrapped combo either. I'm glad to hear that it did not work. I used also a CB combo on that level.
Anyway, the hardest level in 11407 is coming you way. Although I passed it on my first try, I think that is the hardest level in the three episodes. The next hardest is 11420 at the end of the line. Good luck.

Mike Baskey said...

Was doing good with bot streak in double digits until I hit 11398. As someone pointed out, 18 moves instead of the video with 30. Out of UFOs and Pinatas and going day-to-day with a few CBs, wraps and fish boosters. Best luck I had was with CB/wrap combo (not able to get CB/CB combo as haven't got a Fantastic Five level to give me the one hour CB booster to combine with mine) to hit as many of the keys but with all the fences and other blockers, can't get below 20 jellies much less get all the fish down.
I'm really curious how you all are getting all the gold bars - my only luck has been getting 10 bars from the chocolate box (which requires beating 4 levels on first try - not helpful when you're stuck on 1 level for days). I get 50-80 levels in a week sometimes but in a group where someone (like Rick) comes up with over 100 :-)
I see a restart booster for $1.99 with 20 gold bars (have resisted temptation until now) that seems attractive (shows up occasionally) but have been trying to stay "pure" by not buying anything.
Anyway, I've had few "impossible" levels that eventually give me the famous lucky board that I've passed in the past so hopefully, providence smiles on me again.

Rick said...

Hi Mike, I was able to get 164 levels because I was so far behind the Wed. Group. I have many levels to play then. In fact, I was so far behind that one time, a player passed me with 157 levels. I was able to overtake him with 180 and won the Weekly Contest. (He was playing levels in the 400s which are much easier than the 11000s levels I am playing. He could have played some more levels and beat me.) I have won also 120 to 112 and 90 to 75. But now that I have caught up with the Wed. Group, the most I can do now is 45 levels, which has a very little chance of winning the Weekly Contest.
But those are unusual circumstances. Getting 50-80 levels like what you get, should have a good chance of Winning the Weekly Contest

Dolce’ said...

RICK! Are you for real? I don’t even know how to thank you, the fact that you go back and help all of us struggling crushers is just beyond! You are an amazing person and player. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rick said...

Hi, Dolce, thanks for the compliment. Did you pass the level? Since Cookie does not write any more tips on levels 10001 and beyond, it is like our duty as players to help each other out. I cannot write tips on every level but I can write on specific ones when requested. Next time if you find a level difficult, you can search videos on how to play and pass that level. I think there is a video on every level. I do watch videos myself sometimes.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Here we go again, 11,404 has 18 moves, video has 34, after countless tries this appears to be a 10 gold bar 35 extra moves level. Mike I get 10 gold bars from chocolate box & occasionally some from episode race. Good luck...

Dolce’ said...

Yes, I took your advice although I had been doing that but it wasn’t long after and I finally did pass it, thank you very much! I do watch the videos for sure they are helpful. I mean honestly you are amazing, and again I thank you. 🤗

Raven73 said...

Just finishing up the episode that lead to 10,000 once this is completed I’ll be moving on from this game.the fun has been gone for quite some time now. Its all about money…..

Rick said...

Yes, Dolce. The only problem with videos is that there is no explanation why the moves are being made or the course of action. I find the videos much helpful if there are cherries and portals on the board. Cherries will drop in portals and might appear anywhere on the board. That way I will know where they travel so that I can lead them to the exits.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Done thru 11,405, now stuck on the dreaded 11,407, with only 21 moves & so many obstacles, plan on being here til I amass 35 extra moves, ugh! Thanks again to Rick for helping, good luck everyone...

Rick said...

There are videos on 11407 Without Boosters but has 32 moves compared to 21 actual. Extra eleven moves makes a lot of difference.
The 2 Jelly Jars on top are easier to clear. It's the 2 bottom ones that are hard to clear. The 4 Jelly bars have to be cleared for the Rainbow Twists blocking the cherries to appear. Note that there are 2 different Rainbow Twists blocking the cherries. If you clear the top ones, some vertical striped candies will appear on the outside columns which will help clear the bottom ones. The middle square has Fish Bonbon Blitzes that can also help.

Flippenheck said...

11398 is doing my head in, cannot get near

Mezzanine said...

Level 11417. Posting for luck please. The last few games have been awful and impossible to pass without paying for lives.

Rick said...

Hi Sunny, you said you win the Bubble Trouble. I did not quite understand it. I have 240 drops on the watering can but the price at the end was just 2 lollipops. Then it ends this morning with a countdown and just disappear on my Events.
I won the Weekly Contest yesterday.

Luís Bernardo said...

What a crazy game. Last episode was a nightmare and I don’t know which level elect as the more difficult. I spent 30 bars to reach #11420. The good news is that I won 40 in the episode race. No chance at all to win the weekly contest because there is always a guy with more than 200 levels. In this last episode do not waste the initial boosters. They are almost useless. Good luck everyone 🍀

Luís Bernardo said...

Just another remark. If you are short of bars #11420 can be passed with a lucky board and an UFO. In this case maybe the initial check mark booster can help. Cherry drops in the outer right column when you get the six yellow candies indicated in the up right corner. Good luck everyone 🍀

Flippenheck said...

Need help with 11411 please

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Done thru 11,420, agreed check mark booster helped. Found 11,417 most difficult with so few moves, once the cakes explode you have few moves left. Good luck to all, til Wednesday...

Stuck on 10076. Posting for a lucky board!!

Rick said...

Below are tips to some levels in Episodes 763 to 765. I did not write trips on other levels the requirements of which and the course of action to pass them are obvious. You guys are good, otherwise you won’t be playing these highest levels. Good luck.

Episode 763 (11421 to 11435)

In 11421, there are 2 CBs order-locked by blue candies in the 3rd and 4th row of the middle column. If they become available, switch them. There are also striped/striped pairs on the board which are order-locked by colored candies. Switch them also when they become available.

In 11425, work on the bottom first to clear the Rainbow Rapids at the bottom on cols. 4 and 6. Then clear the top ones on the same columns, so that the blue and yellow candies can drop to clear the Rainbow Rapids on cols. 1 & 3 which are ordered-locked by blue and yellow candies.

In 11426, your first moves should be to use the frog in the middle with the yellow keys to grow it and unlock some squares on the board. Note that there is a frog order of 5. When the frog is grown, place it on a 5-layered Toffee Swirls to hasten its collection and also to take out the jellies underneath them. THIS IS IMPORTANT. If you have grown the frog 4 times, there be will jellies on the 4th row on the outside columns. I recommend to hammer them at once because when the frog is grown the 5th time, it will unlock the Licorice Swirls dispensers on the outside columns and the two columns will be filled with Licorice Swirls. Now you will have a problem clearing those jellies because if you hammer the Licorice Swirls covering and protecting the jellies, it will be replaced by another Licorice Swirl and so on and so on. In that case you will be forced to use a UFO and hope that it sends wraps on those two jellies at the outside columns to clear them.

In 11427, try to collect the frostings as fast as possible because the both ends on the 1st row are order-locked by them. When you clear 20 frostings, the top left will be open. Keep switching the CB and the yellow candy until the bottom left clears which has 2 CBs that you can switch to clear the Toffee Swirls on the top and bottom rows in the middle protected by Licorice Fence. When you collect 45 frostings, switch the CB and red candies as you did on the yellow one.

In 11429, your first moves will be limited on the upper 2 rows. When you match the yellow and red keys, the first 2 rows will be filled with candies. In the meantime, the blue frog in the middle square will take out the blue candies on the 4th to 6th rows as it revolves in the conveyor. While the frog is doing its thing, you can continue clearing jellies on the first 2 rows. Sooner or later you will have a CB combo available on the 1st 2 rows. Save them until the Rainbow Twists appear on the bottom rows that are order-locked by the blue candies. Then switch the CBs to clear them so that the green, blue, and orange candies will replace them. Then use the grown frog in the middle and place it within the conveyor to take out some Toffee Swirls on the outside column. Make sure you place the frog in the conveyor so that you can grow it again to take out some more Toffee Swirls.

Episode 764 (11436 to 11450) should be an easy one. I don’t see a level that needs a tip.

Rick said...

Episode 765 (11451 to 11465)

In 11452, clear the Sour Skull ASAP to expose the Rainbow Twists on its pedestals. You can use the grown frog to take hit the Sour Skull and take out some Frostings at the same time. When you clear the Rainbow Twists, you can start clearing the Bubblegum Pops on the outside columns. Again, you can use the grown frog to clear some of the Bubblegum Pops.

In 11453, there is a frog order of 5. Collect the keys ASAP to unlock the frog, otherwise you might run out of moves to grow it 5 times. You also need to collect the Toffee Swirls and clear the jellies underneath them. Place the grown the frog on Toffee Swirls with the most layer in them.

In 11463, collect the keys at the bottom row to unlock the upper right hand corner. When it is unlocked, grow the frog there and take out the frosting on the top, which order-locks the fish dispenser on the 3rd column as well as bottom right boxes which contain Color Bomb Bonbon Blitzes. The fish that will drop on the 3rd column are covered by 2 layers of Sugar Coat. As the fishes are cleared of the Sugar Coat, they in turn will hit the other fishes that are sugar-coated and so on.
Using a fish booster to begin with will surely help complete the fish order faster.

In 11465, the Licorice Swirl order can be completed by using the Stripes order-locked by some color candies, so collect the right-colored candies to unlock them as soon as possible.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

First 3 levels 11,421-11,423 were easy with new "wrap" thing, not much to add, Rick clearly has us covered, thanks again! Good luck this week everyone...

Luís Bernardo said...

Very bad news on my side. I don’t have episode race and so I lost the main source of bars and I have no incentive to play fast😂. Stuck on #11430 and I don’t see how can we pass the level without extra moves. These are now more easy to obtain once each try counts by 3 !! Good luck everyone and I hope King is being more kind and generous with you😔😔😔

Rick said...

I got cheated again by King. When I opened Candy Crush, there is a "Claim" button on the Fantastic 5. When I hit the Claim button, it says it has "timed out". I just checked it an hour ago before. I think this is the 5th time King cheated me. Anyway, I'm still way ahead. I just can't elaborate.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

I lost episode race today as well, can only get gold bars after completion of final chocolate box (I hope), good luck...

No one mentioned level 10061? I guess I'll keep trying.

Mike Baskey said...

Thanks Rick and Sunny Buffalo (how bout that new stadium - only 1.2B!) got me to this week's levels (after another disastrous All Star tournament on Tuesday - got 6 whole stars to finish 21st). Got some UFOs from Daily Win to get to this point and now leading on Sam's Streak (crossing my fingers to get some bars/boosters). Current migraine is level 11430 - only 18 moves of which the first 2 are wastes to combine 2 CBs (the video has 28-30 moves and no frosting requiring the CB combos). Looking like another 35 moves/10 gold bar play unless I can figure out a strategy to finish the level (not able to get lower than 50 on the required blockers). Even a lucky board doesn't seem like it could help here (although I have seen stranger things happen on some seemingly impossible levels before so never say never with CC.

Elektra said...

Yup, I lost episode race today too and it had become my go-to for gold bars. As Luis said, no incentive to move quickly, except for not wanting to hold back my Fan5 team. Thanks SOOO much, Rick, for your thorough and detailed tips. We’ll have to start calling you “Mr. Cookie”! And always great to hear from Sunny and the rest of you. Good luck!

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Got episode race back today, go figure, but no ads/videos for days. Like Mike my latest "migrane" is 11,426, my only tip is to use the frog along the inner sides to get toffee, if you place it to far down on the board it's near impossible to grow it again, another 35 extra move level I suppose, new Bills stadium would be great though I find the best seat in the house is on my couch, LOL. Elektra you are so funny to call Rick "Mr Cookie", so true! Good luck to all...

Struggling with 11441

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Done thru 11,435, fish booster helped here. 11,433 is a trap, meaning you will lose your win streak since it starts with only 1 top row, don't add initial boosters either, tough level, made 11,434 seem easy, good luck...

Luís Bernardo said...

This time I can not agree with Rick😩😩😩 episode #11436/450 is very tough being that #11450 is one of the most difficult I ever faced and not classified accordingly. Do not hit all the candies on the bottom of the board. It’s a trap. I think that the only way to pass this level is to combine a CB with a wrap of the same colour of the candies you left there. Otherwise it will be impossible to reach and clear the bottom of the board. Good luck everyone 🍀

Level 11438 ,26 moves waiting for lucky board

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Yep, 11,438 needs more moves. Go Sabres!!!

Elektra said...

I’m with Flippenheck: 11441 is awful! The only thing I’ve learned about it so far is that I’m definitely doing better now that my timed boosters (CB and stripe/wrap) have run out. Any additional help appreciated! On the bright side, I got the episode race back today. I hope it’s not an April Fool’s joke!🤗. Good luck all!

Elektra said...

Flippenheck, I finally won 11441. I used 10 gold bars for 21 extra moves and used all but 2 of them. My “strategy” — hardly deserves that term — was to totally concentrate on the right side and get all those stripe spawners popped which unblocks the cherries and takes out a bunch of caramel layers. Especially pay attention to the top and bottom stripe-spawners (wish I could remember the formal name) because one or the other was usually still in marmalade when my moves ran out and you need to explode all of them to win. Good luck.

Andruzz said...

Level 11438 is really impossible. My last 10 goldbars got 35 extra moves and still didnt make it.....game over

Mike Baskey said...

I'm with you Luis - stuck on 11450 now with no gold bars left (needed my last 10 on 11447). Seems like CB/CB combo needed followed by CB/wrap. Now, back to waiting for lucky board or some way to get more gold bars.

Sunny - nice to see Sabres starting to play hockey again - great starts to seasons, now they need to figure out how to play in the middle :-)

p.s. For those of you in the Sonic contest - I noticed they changed the end of the levels (like 8436 and 3309) for getting blue candies. Now, after you complete the level, instead of just the colors that were in the level, they throw the kitchen sink in so instead of getting thousands of blue candies, now you only get hundreds. For those of us struggling at higher levels to win a few per day (where you get the 10x multiplier), hard to compete.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Good tip Elektra, finally got 11,441 with 17 extra moves from 10 gold bars, top/bottom wrap thing was toughest but necessary to unlock cherries, good luck everyone!

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Mike, last night was the "Super Bowl" of hockey games, they keep improving, can't wait to see what they accomplish next, sorry fellow crushers for the the sports interruption :)

Flippenheck said...

Despairing wirh 11441. Thanks Elektra for tip. If I ever get down to that stage I will keep it in mind. I am not even getting near enough to risk my two gold bars on the 35 extra moves I have worked up to!!!!!!

Flippenheck said...

Sorry....that's ten gold bars cost of extra moves

Flippenheck said...

Finally got through 11141 by using my precious gold for 35 extra moves and used one spaceship. My joy was short lived though as now stuck on 11144

Flippenheck said...

That's 11441 and 11444. My head is frazzled

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Agree with Flippenheck, but just wait til 11,447, stuck here forever, good luck!

I am leading with 214,000 right now in the Sonic (blue candies) Race without playing a new level, which ends tonight. What amazes me is that the 2nd and 3rd players have 132,000 and 100,000 respectively, which are really high scores. I wonder if we have the same method of collecting blue candies.
I deferred playing this week's Weekly Contest which ends this afternoon. My 45 levels would surely lose to the leader who has 51 already. Hopefully my 90 will be good enough to win next week's contest.

Mike Baskey said...

In my weekly contest group, I'm in 3rd with 49 - leader has over 200 (and they've got the 10000+ level banner). However, on the Sonic side, I'm leading with 80K with 2nd and 3rd right around 60K so Rick's group is certainly impressive (although I notice some differences between Android and Facebook versions so might be some platform options). For example, one level on Facebook was Super Hard where the same level on Android was normal.

I sympathize with those who ran thru the gauntlet of 11441, 11444 and 11447 (2 of those cost me my last 20 gold bars) so now I'm hoping Sonic gives me 10 more to get thru 11450 as I can't see a way to complete this without divine intervention. Even 35 moves might not be enough (my best effort had 55 and 25 of the 2 required completion criteria).

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Agreed, 11,450 is likely a gold bar/extra move level, after countless tries not even close, good luck...

Flippenheck said...

Well now I am stuck on 11447. Played over 100!games and not getting close.Dont want to use my gold bars as I feel I will need them for 11450, going by comments here!!!!

Elektra said...

I’m just writing to commiserate about level 11450. Simply awful. I agree with Luis that to take out all the bottom candies at once is a trap. I’ve gotten nowhere near Mike’s 55/25 best. I’m at 18 (+5) extra moves so I’m gonna have to wait till I have all 35 and then spend the gold bars when I finally get (🤞) that lucky board. Yikes, this stinks! (And yet I keep playing…)

Elektra said...

Finally “won” 11450. I used the quotation marks because in order to complete it I used 10 gold bars for 35 moves, then used 1 hammer and I hand to polish it off and I was so relieved, but I must have been asleep because after all of that I missed 1 jelly! So I got another 35 moves with 16 gold bars and got it done. Not fun. And very costly. But onward! Good luck all.

Flippenheck said...

Finally got 11447 by using spaceship, Tvhammers and 6 extra moves. When I reached 11450 I tried to take all your tips on board and when I thought I was down well enough I used spaceship again and needed a few more hammers for that end line.... Couldnt believe my luck...maybe they felt sorry for me. This was the worst episode ever and I question myself why I am still playing!!!!!!

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Here's how I got 11,450 after 2 days, had 15 minutes of free CB, board opened with CB next to yellow in bottom of board, took out all the yellow, got a few more CB's along the way, got very close & used gold bars for 17 extra moves. Although the video shows the 1st 3 moves working the bottom, I agree it causes a cluster trap to block the icing things, happy to be moving on, good luck!

Luís Bernardo said...

Today is definitely my CC lucky day🙏 . Done thru #11465 with 13 levels passed on first try!!! I won 2 UFO and 40 gold bars😁😁😁😁. Of course I was playing with timed boosters. Nevertheless this episode is much easier than the previous one. Tks Rick for your tips. Good luck everyone 🍀

Mike Baskey said...

So glad to see some of you have passed 11450 - I'm still stuck. Good news was I won Sonic and they raised number of moves to 28 this morning. Bad news was even though I got 1 hour CB and wrap/combo with Sonic (and 1 UFO), I didn't get any gold bars. Completed the blockers once (added fish booster) and got down to 15 icings but ran out of moves and no gold bars. Back to drawing board.
I've tried both strategies (3 moves at the bottom which creates more options up top but the jam at the bottom, or using CB to hit either yellow or brown candies to create another CB - but then I can't get through to the icings where the CB is. Hoping for lucky board where I get close enough to use UFO and few hammers/hands to complete (no forseeable ways to get gold bars - can't complete the chocolate box to get bars since have to beat levels to get there).
Wish me luck :-(

Rick said...

I won the Sonic Race last night and got the UFO King cheated me on Fantastic Five. I also notice that the additional moves by watching ads is now down to 3 moves (from 6 to 5 to 3) Sunny, are still getting 6 moves? I am also still getting 25 gold bars from the Episode Race. Maybe it’s because I am winning a lot of them. I have a 58 Episode Race winning streak going on right now.

Rick said...

Sorry guys if you are having difficulty in Episode 764 (11436 to 11450)
I am giving tips only on levels that have some elements in the level that you should know about (for instance, the frog in the middle in 11429). In straightforward levels where you know the requirements, completing them is just a matter of execution on your part. You might find difficulty in those levels maybe not because of some surprises that you did not know about, but because there are fewer moves to complete them. You guys are good, otherwise you won’t be doing these higher levels.
Speaking of Episode 764, my first-try winning streak of 75+ levels was snapped by level 11437. There was a Dark Chocolate lock on the last step on the ladder exit for the cherry. I was just one chocolate less and I should have completed it on my first try. When I realize it, I know the game is lost because no chocolate will drop for me to clear. It is embarrassing to admit that a tip giver like me would fall into a trap like that in 11437. Ha ha. On my second try, I let the chocolate grow at least once and completed the level.
I passed all the levels in that episode on my first try including 11441, 11444, 11447, and 11450.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Rick, I haven't had ads/videos for over a week, though when I did it was still 6 moves, last time I lost ads they took 1 week to return, fingers crossed! Thanks again for the tips...

Rick said...

Before I forget, thanks Cookie (if you are still doing it) for monitoring and administering this blog. For those who have missed it, a woman posted on Thursday night how her life was turned around by her doctor (probably a psychiatrist) and she was recommending that doctor, even giving his email address. When I checked on Friday morning, her post was already deleted. If we lost the handle on unrelated blog posts like that, this forum which we Candy crushers use will become useless because we have to sort out which posts are related and helpful and which ones are not.

Rick said...

Sunny, the problem is that you don’t know if you still have those additional move ads. For instance. in 11450, there are a few jellies left (which I could have hammered) and I thought I can use those additional moves to complete them. However, when I made the last move, there were no more ads for me to watch, so I have to use 10 gold bars for 5 additional move. I have to do it because the level is hard and I have progressed that far with only a few jellies left to pass that level.

Flippenheck said...

Oh here I go again for level 11454. Help please

Rick said...

Speaking of Episode 765 (11451 to 11465) I should have completed all the levels on my first try except that in 11457, when I switched 2 wrapped candies, the explosion must have been too powerful that the program stopped and I cannot do anything else but to restart it, and that is not a completion on the first try although I completed it then. King has subtle ways of ending streaks.
Till Wednesday. Good luck to you guys.

Mike Baskey said...

Got past 11450 last night - 1 of each booster plus my last UFO (and 1 hand switch to make a CB). Without any gold bars, this was my only hope. As Luis said, next episode was easier (got 10 level streak) until I got to 11462. Too many blockers and didn't take enough time up top in clearing the new multi-color blockers to make enough combos. Good news is I got 10 gold bars from the chocolate box (1 first try to get to the box that required 6 first try levels) so there's still hope (of course I'll spend dozens of tries trying to clear it without using the bars).
I'm intrigued by the ads some of you are referring to - I haven't seen them in several months. I play on Facebook (online from my desktop) and Android (tablet) and no such ads are available. What platforms you folks playing where the ads appear?
11451-11465 is last episode I can see so if I get past 11462, I can look forward to new episodes tomorrow.
Good luck crushers!

Below are tips to some levels in Episodes 766 to 768. Please note that I am giving tips only on levels that have some elements that you should know about (for instance, the pair of wrapped candies on top and below the Cake Bombs in 11472). In those levels (mostly jelly levels) that have no hidden or locked squares, I won’t be giving tips because they are straightforward. You know the requirements and what you have to do. Completing them is just a matter of execution on your part. You might find difficulty in this level maybe not because of some surprises that you did not know about, but because there are fewer moves to complete them. I will add more tips on a level later if I find them helpful.

It is probably the last tips write up I will do. I spend 5 to 10 minutes or more on each level that I write a tip on, depending on the complexity of the level. I also watch a video on that level. Imagine just spending 5 minutes per level for 45 levels is almost 4 hours. That is why I cannot give a tip for every level. Now, I understand and realized how much work and time Cookie spent on giving tips and including a video, because she did it for EVERY LEVEL.

I am just glad that my tips are helping you guys to pass levels and my tips are being appreciated.
Good luck to everyone.

Episode 766 (11466 to 11480)

In 11466, make use of the fish dispensers on cols. 2, 4, 6, & 8. The fish will help to pop the Bubblegum Pops in the middle and the Sugar Coats on the cherries. It surely will help if you can add you own fish booster in the beginning.

In 11467, work on the bottom first to clear the Rainbow Rapids at the bottom on cols. 4 and 6. Then clear the top ones on the same columns, so that the blue and yellow candies can drop to clear the Rainbow Rapids on cols. 1 & 3 which are ordered-locked by blue and yellow candies.

In 11468, use the Coconut Wheels on the board to clear the Licorice Swirls on the upper box by rolling it toward underneath it and also to hit the Sour Skull. On the 5th column, once you clear the chocolates there, they will be replaced by candies which will help you clear the Sour Skull. In the pedestal of the Sour Skull is a Jelly Jar which will unleash jellies when it is cleared. You can use the fish in the bottom if there are any left to clear the jellies there. Note there is one of order of frog, so you have to grow the frog at least once to complete the order.

In 11469, collect the keys ASAP to unlock the middle column. Some CBs will fall from it and you can switch that with candy as the same color as the wraps on the bottom row to explode them and take with them the 5-layered frostings. Note that the bottom row is protected by a Licorice Fence, so that stripes from the upper box will be blocked from hitting the bottom row.

In 11470, make use of the Wonderful Wrappers on Rows 2,4,6, & 8 to clear the 1st 2 and the last 2 columns. Switching the Stripes from the Wonderful Wrappers will also clear the Bubblegum Pops and Frostings in the middle.

Rick said...

In 11471, activate right away the Candy Cobras (snakes) on the outer columns by making a match near them to activate Jelly Jars so that you will have move time clearing the jellies coming from them. In addition, the Candy Cobras order-lock vertical stripes candies on cols. 3, 5, & 7 that will help clear the Toffee Swirls and jellies on those columns. Note that there are also Jelly Jars on the bottom row that will unleash jellies there.

In 11472, there are 3 order locks here. First use the stripes bellow to clear the Licorice Swirls on the top square in the middle and to grow the sugar-coated frog there. Then use the frog to take out the Licorice Swirl on the top protected by Licorice Fence. (I did not do this but you can probably use also a hammer to collect that 9th Licorice Swirl to save on moves) Once the 9 Licorice Swirls are collected, it will unlock the Toffee Swirls on the bottom left and the Frostings on the bottom right (the 2nd order lock). Note that there are 2 cake bombs on top order-locked by the Toffee Swirls and the Frostings (the 3rd order lock). When you clear the Toffee Swirls and the Frostings in the bottom, they will unlock two sets of wrapped candies on top and below the Cake bombs. Switching them will clear the 2 Cake Bombs.

In 11473, it is just a jelly level. Activate right away the Candy Cobras on the outer columns to make Jelly Jars release their jellies right away. The Magic Mixer on the middle 7th row, protected by Licorice Fence, has also a jelly underneath it. It will be useful in the beginning because it will send Wrap Bonbon Blitzes around it that will help you clear the Frosting and the jellies underneath them. Ultimately, you might have to hammer it several times to clear the jelly underneath it.

In 11474, your only move here is to switch the coconut wheel and the yellow candy on the upper right. The top left candy will become vertical stripe and hit the coconut wheel on the bottom left, which it turn will roll over the candies on the left column to make them horizontal stripe candies. Switch the top 2 stripes twice so that it will hit the red stripe candy on the top right, which will hit and activate the UFO on the bottom right helping to clear some Toffee Swirls. Note that the frog on top has to be grown to unlock the Toffee Swirls on the bottom right. Grow the frog again and use it to take out those Toffee Swirls protected by Licorice Fence.

In 11475, clear the Sour Skull ASAP to free the cherries it its pedestal. Then clear the Wonderful Wrappers on the 8th row to free the CB combos which you can use to clear the Toffee Swirls which are blocking the cherries on the outside columns. You need only to clear the two cherries on either side to complete this level.

Rick said...

Episode 767 (11480 to 11495)

In 11476, use the Vertical Stripes Bonbon Blitzes on the odd columns to clear the Licorice Shell and keys. This will open the board for the Jelly Jars to release the jellies. Completing the yellow candy order might be a little harder, so add a check booster to help

In 11479, make matches underneath cols. 3 and 7 for the keys to crop to collect them and unlock the board. Then you can start collecting the Toffee Swirls needed for the order.

In 11480, clear the Sour Skull ASAP so that its pedestals will be replaced by candies which you can use to grow the frog. Place the grown frog on the middle bottom row to take out the 5-layered Toffee Swirls to unlock the perimeter of the bottom part of the board. Then the action goes to the bottom part of the board to clear the crystal coatings of the candies and the jellies.

In 11481, the bursting the Bubblegum Pops surrounding the Cake Bombs will help clear them. The Wrap Bonbon Blitzes on the top of the outer columns will help clear the Licorice shells underneath them. The sugar coats needed for the order will come from candies falling from the outer and middle columns.

In 11482, collect the keys on the outer columns ASAP to unlock the top middle column.
The first cherry will appear blocked by a Rainbow Twist. The second cherry won’t appear (in the middle column) until the first cherry is cleared.

In 11484, the first cherry is on the 5th row order-locked by Toffee Swirls. The succeeding rows are order-locked progressively by Toffee Swirls. As you clear more Toffee Swirls, the next layers will be exposed with keys. As you collect the keys, the 7th column on the top right box will be unlocked with a cherry. Note that there are Horizontal Stripe Bonbon Blitzes on the right of row 8 & 9 which will help in collecting the keys and clearing the Toffee Swirls. As you collect the keys, columns 8 & 9 will be unlocked with Licorice Swirls and the cherries on top. The last 3 cherries have to pass through the “stair” on the bottom right of the board blocked by Licorice Swirls. The bobber in the middle when hit will send out fish that will take out Licorice Swirls.

In 11486, use the grown frog to take out the key that will show up on the first column. Then destroy the Magic Mixers on the left area blocking some of the cherries. The cherries will fall from the portals on the bottom to the last row which contain Toffee Swirls. Keep growing and growing the frog to take out some of the Toffee Swirls for the cherries to fall on those squares on the last row.

In 11487, keep growing the frog to take out Toffee Swirls on the top row and frostings on the bottom rows. The CB Bonbon Blitzes from the Magic Mixers will help grow the frog.

In 11488, the Toffee Swirls on the outer columns are order-locked by Frostings on the bottom. They are on a conveyor and revolves, making them easier to clear. Note that there is an order for the 2 Magic Mixers on the middle bottom row. Grow the frog several times to take out Toffee Swirls and the Magic Mixers.

Rick said...

In 11490, clear the Bubblegum Pops especially on the first column because it is also the
key dispenser. Make use of the Horizontal Stripe Bonbon Blitzes on the 6th column will help clear the Bubblegum Pops. When you collected the keys, the 3 right most columns will be unlocked, exposing the Rainbow Twist and other Bubblegum Pops needs for the order.

In 11491, it is matter of clearing the Toffee Swirls and the Frostings on the bottom order-locked by the Toffee Swirls for the cherries on the outside columns to exit.\

In 11492 is a Rainbow Rapids level. The hardest one to clear is the middle bottom which is protected by marmaladed Bubblegum Pops and Licorice Swirls. The 2 Magic Mixers on the bottom corners have to be destroyed to complete this level.

In 11493, collect the keys ASAP on middle bottom to unlock the path of the cherries below and also to be able to clear the Licorice Swirls and the jellies underneath them on the upper left hand corner.

In 11494, it is just a jelly level. Just clear the jellies under the Licorice Swirls, Toffee Swirls, and the Frostings on the bottom.

In 11495, collect the yellow keys on the last column ASAP to unlock the first column which has 2 UFOs that will help you clear the board.

Rick said...

Episode 768 (11496 to 11510)

In 11496, it is just a cherry level. Unlocking the middle column will help because fish will drop from it. The fish then will hit the Bubblegum Pops blocking the cherries on the upper triangles that are protected by Licorice Fence.

In 11497, it is just a jelly level. What will be difficult here is clearing the jellies on the bottom middle which is order-locked by Jelly Jars and the bottom row order-locked by Toffee Swirls. There is a Horizontal Bonbon Blitz in the middle of the bottom row that will help clear the bottom row.

In 11498, make use of the bobber on the middle bottom by hitting it as many times as you can. It will send fish that will take slices of the Cake Bombs. When the first Cake Bombs explodes, it will clear the yellow keys on the outside columns blocking the cherries and also unlock the top row that contains Frostings. The second exploding Cake Bomb will take out the frostings there and clear the blockers of the cherries on the bottom. The cherries will then fall from the outside columns into the middle column. Just lead them to the exit on top of the bobber.

In 11499, it is just a jelly level, but you have to clear jellies on the pedestals of the Sour Skull. So try to clear the Sour Skull in the middle to expose the Toffee Swirls and Jelly Jars under its pedestals. There are also some Rainbow Twists on the bottom that have to be cleared because there are jellies underneath them.

In 11500, there is an order of yellow and red candies in addition to the Frostings. The yellow and red candies will come from the middle column dispenser only so try to clear the frostings block it. First you have to collect the keys on the 6th row to unlock the middle column. The Wrap Bonbon Blitzes on the 5th row will help to collect the keys. If it is possible to add a check candy booster in the beginning, it might turn into yellow or red candy or frosting.

In 11502, it is a cherry level. Try activate the Candy Cobras (snakes) on the outside columns because they will slither upward and release the cherries on the top and open the column for the last 2 cherries to fall.

In 11503, try to clear the keys on the top middle column to unlock the bottom part of the board. There are 3 stripe/wrap dispenser on the middle row where stripes and wraps will fall to help clear the Toffee Swirls and jellies covered by them.

In 11505, stripe candies will fall from the first and last 2 columns which will help clear the Bubblegum Pops on those column to order-lock the 6th and 7th columns where the cherries are. The stripe candies will also help clear the Toffee Swirls blocking the cherries when the columns are unlocked.

In 11506, try to collect the keys on the bottom ASAP to unlock the outside columns. The Wrap Bonbon Blitzes on the 8th row will help collect the keys. They are on the conveyor with the keys. There are also Wrap Bonbon Blitzes on the outside columns that will help clear the Toffee Swirls and the jellies.

In 11508, the main problem are the Licorice Swirls order-locked by Toffee Swirls. Clearing the Cake Bombs will help collect the Toffee Swirls to expose the Licorice Swirls in the middle.

In 11509, the main problem are the Magic Mixers on the outside columns blocking the cherries. They have to be destroyed for the cherries to exit. Note that the 3rd and 4the cherries will come from the dispensers on the 5th row, after the 1st and 2nd cherries have exited. The Sour Skull has to be cleared, too.

In 11510, the Licorice Swirls needed for the order are sugar coated. The coating have to be removed to clear them. Destroying the Cake Bomb will help remove layers on them. Note that your first moves are limited to the top left quadrant only.

and impossible to get it close

Posting for lucky board
Thanks CC

Rick said...

Please disregard my tip on 11467. That level is a Bubblegum Pop level only. In 11468, you have to grow the frog once.

Rick said...

Sorry guys. I prepare my tips from watching videos not by actually playing the levels yet. I have to do it because by the time the levels are released, some of you might have passed those levels already, that is why there might be some discrepancies. I won't be putting those tip write ups anymore. Thank you for your understanding.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Done thru 11,465, tougher than those ahead of me said, just in time for Wednesday, thanks again "Mr Cookie" :)

Rick said...

Done thru 11480. I almost passed all the levels in the episode except 11472 where I ran out of moves, and 11480 where the program stopped and I got a message "Pandora has stopped" (I'll have to research what that means.) Anyway I won the Episode Race, extending my streak to 60, but still getting 25 gold bars. I am also leading in the Weekly Contest and in the Sweet Sam's Streak with 1055. The next to me has 613. In that contest, it is important to keep your first try streak because for every level you pass, you get 25 points. If you lose it, you go back to 1 point per level.
Good luck to everyone. I am saving the next episode tomorrow for a sticker in the Daily Win.

Rick said...

Done thru 11495. I'm thinking of saving this episode for tomorrow but my led in Sam's Streak is down to 55 points and there are only 7 hours left. So now I have increased it to 405 points. I passed all the levels on my first try this time, won the Episode Race and increased my gold bar stash to over 1,600. This episode is much harder than the previous one. I have to use several piñatas to keep my streak going.
As I have said, I put out the tips even before I played them so that they will be available to you guys sooner. It is funny to admit that I do read my own tips also in playing the levels.

Mike Baskey said...

OK, what's the deal with 11485. When I saw doesn't affect streak, I was happy as I have 14 level streak going. However, no boosters allowed to start and only 21 moves (video has 35 - surprise!). Not sure what to do here - no gold bars left, only 1 UFO (from daily win) and only few hammers. Really wishing my game hadn't got out of synch last year where King was forced to reset my account and I lost 100's of boosters and all my gold bars (Rick - you really make us all jealous with all your bars and pinatas :-). Anyway, maybe since it's pretty new level, they'll adjust number of moves (rare but it does happen) or I'll get extremely lucky board.

Rick said...

King cheated me again. This time it's a piñata. I was supposed to collect my prizes for the Sam's Streak contest this morning, but it was no longer on my Events page, so there is no way to collect them.

KING, YOU ARE A CHEATER. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!

Mike, I did not give a tip on 11485 because it is a straightforward level. There is no locked or hidden squares and there are no surprises. I lost also hundred of boisters when I uninstalled and installed Candy Crush Saga. My gold bar count would have been much more if I'm getting 40 instead of 25 from my Episode Race wins.

Rick said...

King must have read my post. I checked my Events Page this afternoon and Sam's Streak was there so, I was able to collect my Piñata.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

The good news is ads/videos are back, the bad news is I'm stuck on 11,473, good luck this week everyone...

Elektra said...

Sunny, if you’re still on 11473, I finally got it with 30 extra moves which I saved until I was able to get the 2 snakes cleared w/in the first 3-5 moves. So I guess I means 35 moves and a lucky board. The game algorithm doesn’t let that happen too often. For some reason, when I used 2 hammers to finish off the snakes early it didn’t really make too much of a difference. I also tried the starting boosters and they were no help. (I just used boosters with one or 2 tries because I didn’t want to waste them. It may be that they would’ve worked if I had give them more time.)

Also to add to Rick’s super tips for 11472, once the blockers on the bottom (frosting on the right and toffee on the left) are revealed, clear one side but make sure that the cake-clearing boom doesn’t cause the other side to be cleared. That happened to me and I didn’t get the yellow wraps at the same time so I couldn’t clear the second cake.

Good luck everyone.

11496 Candy Crush is now not fun and has become ridiculous. I am giving up. Activision Blizzard who own Candy crush have treated us like their staff. They have been investigated by the California of Fair Employment and Housing, alleging gender discrimination, harassment and retaliation. The company has been described a “frat boy.” culture.
I urge participants to Google Activision Blizzard problems to see for yourself.
What they are now doing to us is stacking the levels with frosting and multi level squares that ordinary boosters can not destroy.
Fed up and disgusted.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Comment on 11,473 (thanks Elektra) the bottom center "spawner" has jelly under it & must be destroyed however it is in "fences", only way to get it is with several CB/CB combos or 4-6 hammers, got within 3 jellies when I realized that, so stock up on hammers! Good luck...

Luís Bernardo said...

Done thru #11495. Perhaps the most difficult episode so far😂😂😂. Hard to elect the toughest level. See Rick’s tips. Although they can help you will definitely need at least 40 bars or piñatas to pass some levels. Good luck everyone 🍀

Andruzz said...

Level 11473 is impossible if you dont have 5 hammers......

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Here's how I got 11,473, adding the fish booster helped hit the spawner in the end but only if no other jellies are showing, got 6 extra moves from videos & 1 hammer to get last jelly after spawner blew up, assuming a lucky board as well, good luck!

Microsoft announced in January that it was buying Activision (owner of Candy crush) for $68.7 billion. Maybe when Microsoft takes over, we, candy crushers, might get a break.
I am reserving the last episode (11496 to 11510). I am leading right now in the Weekly Contest by 26 level which ends Sunday afternoon. If the second-place player gets closer, I might play it this week. If not, I'll play it next week.

Hi Mike,

You mentioned before that the leader in your Weekly Contest has a 10,000 banner. Don't you have one since you are already in the 11,000 levels? I have a banner on mine. How about you Sunny, Luis, and the others on the 11,000 levels?

Rick said...

Hello Windows 10 players (Ditte, abcd, kik, Sleepless in Seattle, among others). Are you still playing the game? I haven't see a post from anyone of you lately. I'm just curious if Windows 10 is still 6 episodes ahead of mobile. Thanks

Elektra said...

Hi Rick and others, I have a 10,000 banner which came automatically. I subsequently asked King why I didn’t have a 11,000 banner when I achieved that level and was pointed to a competition (on my Events tab) which I had to win before I’d get the 11,000 tag. I gave up after a week or so of effort.

Rick said...

Thanks, Elecktra. I don't think there is a 11,000 banner. However, in my Weekly Contest, the second placer right now has a 200 banner. I don't how he got his banner. It's strange, isn't it?

Luís Bernardo said...

Hi. I also have a 10000 banner. I won the event referred by Elektra but surprisingly King gave me the banner I already had😂😁. I think it’s absolutely irrelevant and I only spent some time playing that event because at that time I had no new levels available. Good luck everyone. I think we will need it to complete third episode of this tough week. Enjoy and have a nice weekend 🍀

Mike Baskey said...

Hi - the only reason I mentioned the 10000 banner (I have one too) was that the person who was leading the weekly contest had completed over 200 levels (what I would call "Rick-like"). I was just surprised that someone playing these latest levels could pass so many levels in a week (which was preventing me with my paltry 50-70 levels from winning the contest and getting gold bars. I was hoping the color contest last week (which I won) would provide some help with 11487 but of course they just gave me 2 hours of CBs and wrap combos which were totally useless on a level that didn't allow boosters. I finally beat the level with my 1 last UFO on the last move (didn't need gold bars of which I have none). I beat the next to last chocolate box but the final one (with the gold bars) needs me to beat 4 levels on 1st try (the UFO and pinata targets are totally insane!) which 11491 is my latest nemesis (20 moves to beat what seems impossible number of blockers and swirls and fences etc. Oh well, I've thought to myself many times in this game "this might be the last level I ever play" and then somehow manage to get by.

Rick said...

Mike, it is not surprising for someone with a 10000 banner to complete 200 levels. We are now in the 11500 levels, so there are over 1,500 levels already from 10000. Even if that player is in the 11000, he has 500 levels to work with. At one point, I was 400 levels behind the Wednesday group. I could have comleted 400 levels for the Weekly Contest. Since we are now limited to 45 new levels every week, having 45 levels has a poor chance of winning the Weekly Contest. What I do now is to defer playing last week's levels so that I have 2 week's worth of levels (90 levels) to complete, which has a better chance of winning. Right now, I am leading by 22 with 75 levels completed. I still have 15 levels in reserve in case I need it.

Flippenheck said...

Help for 11497 please

Sunny in Buffalo said...

I too have the 10,000 banner, too bad it doesn't give us "super powers", now stuck on 11,485, good luck everyone...

Done thru 11510. Bad news for you guys. Levels 11500 to 11510 are killer levels (except 11504 which is the easiest) I used 5 piñatas, 2 of those in 11500 which is the only level I did not pass on my first try. There just too many Toffee Swirls with double jellies in them to clear. I won the Episode Race too.
Good luck to everyone! Till Wednesday.

11510 I had to change my iPad and reinstall. When updated I lost all of my boosters, the weekly contest that I won and importantly pinatas. Candy Crush is not what it used to be. They are CHEATS. Not worth playing. They should be a be able to reinstall without problems

Luís Bernardo said...

Done thru #11510. Although difficult I found previous episode much more tough. No need to use piñatas or UFO. Just some bars but once I won the episode race it was “balanced”. Good luck everyone 🍀

Rick said...

The problem of losing boosters when you uninstall Candy Crush is that the boosters are kept in your own individual devices separately, unlike the gold bars are kept in Candy Crush servers. That is why if you are using 2 devices, you can log in Candy Crush from both of your devices, each device has access to your gold bars you have. If you use gold bars in one of your devices, it will be deducted from what is there in the server and the net gold bars will be shown on each device. It would have been nice if our boosters are kept also in Candy Crush servers. That way they won't be lost even you uninstall the Candy Crush app or program from any of your devices like our gold bars which are in their servers. In addition, each of your devices can access your boosters. However, putting our boosters in Candy Crush servers would be expensive for the company (Candy Crush). They will have to buy many servers to accommodate our boisters.
Sorry if it is not clear to you what I said. I am just an IT guy.
However, when you just Update, you won't lose your booster in your device.

Done Through 11,510 and now I’m playing in a tournament?? can I not get back into the regular game, how do I get past this please if anyone knows? Thank you! 😊

Rick said...

Hi Dolce,
I did not join that Tournament myself because I am suspicious of King, but try this. Check for any updates by going to King.com. NOTE: Make sure you just Update. Do not Uninstall and Reinstall, otherwise you will lose your boosters in your device. Log out of the game and Restart your Device. Open the Candy Crush App and Log in. See if this will work.
Wow, Dolce, you’re amazing! You were just in level 11161 last March 22. Now you have passed 11510, completing 349 levels in 3 weeks and joining the Wednesday group!

Dolce’ said...

It’s so weird I can’t get rid of this tournament play! Geez, just want to play regular games 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Rick said...

Dolce, you tried my suggestion and it did not work?

Elektra said...

Dolce and Rick, I’ve completed through 11510 too and that’s the last level available for non-Windows players until tomorrow (Wednesday). So there’s only the Star Tournament available, or playing older levels for Chocolate Box, etc. until then. Or am I missing something? P.S. Dolce, I’ll add my applause and amazement to Rick’s that you advanced so far so fast! Good luck everyone tomorrow!

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Done thru 11,495, not making the "Wednesday club" this week :( I think you're right Elektra about Dolces comment, they just may have to wait until tomorrow. My only tip is use rhe coconut wheel booster whenever possible if you have any left, til tomorrow, trying to keep up....

Rick said...

Yes, Sunny, maybe Dolce is only confused. Since she has completed 11510, no new levels are showing up on her road map. On Wednesday morning, levels 11511
to 11555 will show up on road map.
Sunny, do you still have some piñatas left from the 72? You know what I mean.

Mike Baskey said...

I see those who were stuck on 11497 (myself included) are now past it. What did it for me (he with no gold bars) was my Android version gave me 30 moves this morning (Facebook still only 20). That got me to one of the "candy drops" which gave some extra boosters to get me to 11500 (of course where you can't use boosters to start). Had few close ones but finally completed (one hand switch to put CB and wrap together was enough).
In addition to Rick's excellent tips, I would add for 11502 to use Coconut wheel. After clearing the snakes, you still have to get the cherries down the side (2 appear each time) so important to get to the snakes ASAP.
My recommendation with the tournament is just wait for Wednesday and new levels. They're all hard to nightmaish difficulty, you only get 1 try and it mostly becomes an exercise in not using boosters to complete levels (when you only have one jelly left and 1 move, hard not to use that hammer :-).

Rick said...

Regarding Coconut Wheels, it is probably the least useful of all the boosters and very seldom available to be used to start a level. Whenever I see it is available to start a level, I check it automatically (or instinctively) whether I will need it or not as long as I can use it. I have about 550 of them right now.
So, guys, whenever it is available to be used at the start of the level, by all means use it, that is why I won't say on my tips use a Coconut Wheel anymore.

Elektra said...

Ah!!! The finer points of coconut wheels! I had basically ignored them for the longest time, but Sunny had pretty consistently recommended them — this was way back when Ms. Cookie still ran the tips — and I’ve been a big fan of them ever since. I only have 72 of them, so I have to use them judiciously. I wait until I know a particular level pretty well, from playing it over and over again, then will use the coconut wheel (if offered, which Rick points out is rare) when I can see it’s benefit. Mike, I play the Star Tournament but have a rigid rule: absolutely NO boosters can be used to win. Otherwise, I’m sure I’d lose the precious boosters I have. And Sunny, you’ll catch up and we’ll drop back. I’ve lost the incentive I used to have to finish all 45 new levels before the next new levels are released. This week, I had an opportunity to get 20 (sorely needed) gold bars for 3rd episode race (after having won 1 gold bar for coming in 4th in the first 15😩, then 5 for coming in 2nd for the next one. But I blissfully dropped behind and out of the Wednesday club from September to just a month or so ago. Much calmer playing. See you all with the next batch tomorrow. Rick, thanks again for watching the videos and providing tips for all of us. It’s got to take a bunch of time, and I appreciate it.

Dolce’ said...

Gosh, thank you for the support everyone! 🤗🤗🤗🤗 thank goodness This morning I have new levels. Yes, I came up fast as I had unlimited time and boosters, that’s the only reason! 😂 I stayed up practically all night so I didn’t waste it ☺️ Thanks so much again… 😍

Rick said...

Done thru 11525. Easier episode, passed all levels on my first try. The good news, I finally got 40 gold bars for winning the Episode Race. I'll write some tips below.

Rick said...

In 11511, Try to activate the snake on 7th row Asap on the first column. It will unlock the 2 other snakes on the 8th and 9th row, which will clear out those rows. The first snake will also collect the key on the last column, unlocking the other key. Note there is an order of 3 snakes on the level.

Rick said...

In 115112, you have to clear some of the Toffee Swirls on the top left square for the keys to drop so that they can be collected to unlock the top middle colum which contain Jelly Jars. The sooner you unlock the column, the more time and moves you will have to clear the jellies from them.

Rick said...

In 11513, collect the keys ASAP on the top left quadrant, which will unlock a Square on the top right quadrant. Use the grown frog to take out the Toffee Swirls on that square, which will unlock another square on the lower left quadrant. Again use the grown frog to take out that square. Then use the frog again to take out the Toffee Swirls on the middle bottom square. Then use the CB that fall to grow the frog again to take out the Toffee Swirl in the middle.

Rick said...

In 11515, there are two Coconut Wheels on the bottom of the outside columns order-locked by the Frosting which also order-locks the middle column where the Toffee Swirls needed for the order will drop. Try to clear the frosting ASAP for the Toffee Swirls to drop. Use the Coconut whells to take out the Toffee Swirls by rolling them upward.

Luís Bernardo said...

Done thru #11525. I agree with Rick. Much easier than last week. Easter time👍😔. Good luck everyone 🍀

Rick said...

In 11516, switch the pair of CBs on the bottow to remove the frosting on the yellow on the bottom middle square. You can hammer that yellow key to save on moves to unlock the 2 outside columns.

Rick said...

In 11520, if you can start with a CB combo, you can complete the level in just TWO moves, which I did. All the outside cherries cleared and only one cherry was left on the 8th row, which I cleared on my second move.

Rick said...

Done thrun 11540. Again I completed all the levels on my first try and collected 40 gold bars. I got a scare in the Episode Race because another player was leading me by 5 levels. The difference between 1st and 2nd place is 35 gold bars, so I have to hurry up. I skipped watching videos to gain more boosters or more moves to save on time. I also used some piñatas that I would not have used if I was not in a hurry. Anyway, I was able to overtake that player and eventually won the Episode Race, extending my streak to 64.
I was thinking of saving this episode to get a sticker in the Daily Win but my lead in Sam's Streak contest was just 110 points. Now I padded it to 510 points. If my lead shrinks again, I still have one episode in reserve to play. I need the piñata among the prizes in the Sam's Streak contest.

Rick said...

In 11526, wait for the Magic Mixers in the middle to "spray" Bonbon blitzes needed for the order. The mixers spray them alternately with Toffee Swirls.

In 11528, you can hammer to remove frosting on the key in the lower right hand side. Then you can use the grown frog to collect it. You have to keep the candies flowing on the third column to be able to collect the needed blue candies to unlock the 2 cherries to the exits.

In 11527, note that there is one order on the frog. So you have to grow and land it once to pass the level.

Rick said...

Sorry, in my last tip it is not level 11527 that has a frog order. I forgot the level, just note it yourself. I have to charge my tablet which is down now to 5% power.

Rick said...

Done thru 11555. My lead in Sam's Streak contest shrank and it will end during my sleep hours, which I won't be able to monitor, so I have to play the last episode. I have padded my lead now to 690 points so that I could have a good night sleep.
This episode is a stark contrast to the previous one. I have such a big lead that I could have waltzed to the finish line. Anyway, I won 40 gold bars and have my streak going.
Good luck to everyone. Till Wednesday. (I will be on vacation next week, so I might not be able to put out some tips.)

Rick said...

In 11548, activate the snakes on the out columns. The snakes, however, will only clear the bottom squares. This is probably the hardest level. I have to use a piñata to pass it.

Rick said...

In 11550, the cherries will be dispensed from the 6th column one at a time, which means you have to clear first the cherry on the board before the next one appears.

Rick said...

These 3 episodes are much easier than the previous 3 because I was able to pass all the levels on my first try. I missed 3 levels on the previous 3 episodes.

Rick said...

I did win Sam's Streak contest and collected a piñata.
Hey King, put the piñata back among the prizes in the Weekly Contest!!!

Rick said...

What's going on? Nobody has posted that he or she has completed this Wednesday's episode or episodes other than Luis? This week's episodes are much easier than last week's.

Dolce’ said...

Hi Rick, they were easier until I got to 11 530. 🤦‍♀️

Sunny in Buffalo said...

I'm back, done thru 11,525 with the help of full win streak! Earned 30 gold bars & next race earns 40, new for me but yeah! Thanks again to Rick & good luck everyone...

Mike Baskey said...

So finished thru 11525 - agreed much easier episode than last week. My current problem is I'd like to advance my weekly race (trailing 45-32 at the moment) but Sam Streak (I'm at 12) is still showing last week (0 time remaining) for all of today. Would have been nice to add 25 points for 5-12 in the current streak but nothing there. Is there a set day/time when the Sam contest starts?
I did add a fish booster to 11524 after watching video - didn't want to risk losing the streak (and glad I did).

p.s. Was this episode's Owl level (11512 I think) the easiest one in a while?

Done thru #11540. Be careful with # 11539 because unless you get a very lucky board the 35 extra moves can be not enough to pass the level. Good luck everyone and have a very happy Easter👍

JaneM said...

Dolce’ said...

11542 is insane. 20 moves yet in videos is 33! It’s absolutely ridiculous. 🤦‍♀️

Mike Baskey said...

Luis,
Thanks for the warning about 11539 - only problem was I read it after I tried the level (with my full bot but no other boosters). Got down to 12 blocks remaining but didn't have enough hammers/hands to finish it.
What really frosts me is the level is marked "Normal" (not even hard) when as you point out, even 35 extra moves might no be enough.
The good news was I had finished 11530 (with 30 extra moves, needed 17 of them) and was able to beat 8 levels first time to get the 10 gold bars from the last chocolate box so I have hope of getting past this one (although it looks like 3 levels from now, got another - SIGH.

It seems the developers have adjusted to the new reality that "it's ok to make impossible levels - people will just buy 10 gold bars to get 35 extra moves to complete them". The new business model.

Oh well, what else us retired folks gonna do to pass the time :-)
Looking forward to Dolce's summary after she beat 11542.

Sunny in Buffalo said...

Agreed, stuck on 11,539 too, I have amassed gold bars but am waiting for the right time to strike, I am also retired but soon yard work will get my attention :)
