This is quite a hard jelly level as there are very few moves and the licorice in the bottom right can be tricky to clear.
You will get stripes dropping from the dispensers top left which will enter the board on the top of the conveyor when there is space for them.
Look carefully at the whole board and remember that if you have a good move on the conveyor and a better move in the section without the conveyor make the move on the conveyor first! The other move will still be there but the one on the conveyor won't.
Stripe/wrap combos are good for clearing jelly and will gradually clear the licorice in the bottom right. Once you have jellies in the bottom right section you can use a colourbomb to clear it. A colourbomb/wrap is good if there are jellies close by and a double colourbomb will clear all the licorice.
The licorice doesn't come back once it is cleared.

You have only 15 moves to collect the orders and complete level 2729.
You will need to unlock the top candies to allow the lucky candies to drop as quickly as possible, also clear the blockers at the top as this will give more licorice.
If you don't get some squares open at the top in the first few moves it will get progressively harder and you will eventually run out of candies as no more can drop until the top is opened up.
It is really helpful to use a colourbomb booster to start level 2729 as you can use it to unlock at least one of the locked candies at the top.
You need a fair amount of luck to complete level 2729 without boosters but once you have the top unlocked try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can and look for chances to make special candies and especially combos to clear as many of the orders as possible with each move.

Clear the jelly in 15 moves to complete level 2728 Candy Crush Saga.
The jelly is all in the bottom section of the board where there are no jellies to begin with.
The best way to clear level 2728 is by using the frog. You don't have enough moves to fill it up by making matches, so look for colourbombs from the first move and use them to fill the frog.
Once you can use the frog put it on the conveyor in the bottom where the jelly is and look for another colourbomb to fill it up again. Do this for each of the three sections with jelly and you will easily clear the level.
If you have more than one colourbomb on the board save one to refill the frog once you have used it, there is no point using a colourbomb for any other reason.
